Mission Description
Job Purpose:
To lead the development and growth of AGL's mining business in Namibia by identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities within the mining sector. The role is responsible for building senior-level client relationships, developing tailored logistics solutions, leading commercial opportunities, and contributing to the achievement of revenue and profitability objectives.

Profile
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
• Master degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Mining, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within business development, commercial, logistics, supply chain, mining, energy, or related industrial sectors.
• Proven track record in business development, account management, sales, tender management, or commercial development.
• Experience working with mining companies, mining contractors, EPCs, or industrial clients is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex B2B sales cycles and develop relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of commercial, financial, pricing, and contractual concepts.
• Experience preparing and negotiating commercial proposals, tenders, and contracts.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive opportunities from identification to conversion.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to mining sites across Namibia.
• Language : English / Afrikaans / Chinese
