Job description

Mission Description                      

Job Purpose:
To drive brand awareness, market visibility, and business growth by coordinating and executing marketing initiatives that promote the company's logistics, port operations, and supply chain solutions.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility, market presence, and business growth.
• Promote the company's logistics, port operations, warehousing, transport, and supply chain services.
• Manage digital marketing platforms, including the company website, social media, email campaigns, and corporate communications.
• Create compelling marketing content, company profiles, presentations, promotional materials, and brand assets.
• Support business development initiatives through lead generation campaigns, tender support, and customer-focused marketing activities.
• Coordinate corporate events, exhibitions, trade shows, stakeholder engagement, and branding activities.
• Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
• Track and report on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, ROI, and customer engagement metrics.
• Maintain marketing databases, branding resources, and ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, industry partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders.

 

Profile

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Additional qualifications in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or Social Media Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant marketing experience.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, brand management, and corporate communications.
• Experience coordinating events, exhibitions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Experience within the logistics, transport, freight forwarding, shipping, supply chain, or port operations industry will be advantageous.
