Job description

Mission Description                      

1. Input stocks for all the general warehouse clients in the carious system (GEODE,SAP,SPEED)
2. Run all statements for invoicing at the end of the month for all the Clients
3. Run periodic reports from the systems on stock movements
4. Maintain an accurate and up to date filing
5. Remove stocks from the systems for dispatch as per the delivery note for all clients in general warehouse
6. Maintain stock of departmental stationery and prepare the department stationery requisitions.
7. Input stocks for the bonded warehouse Clients in the systems.
8. Prepare the delivery notes for dispatch to the Clients (for bonded warehouse)
9. Dispatch invoices for the general warehouse Clients to credit control for collection.
10. Update approved rates in the systems for all the Clients according to the Quotation given.
11. Ensure all the Clients receive their good receipts note(GRNS) and delivery notes (DNOTES) on time.

 

Profile

1. Degree in Accounting, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
2. 3 years relevant experience in a busy FMCG environment
