Description de la mission 

Your Role: Strategic Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Reporting to the Head of Total Rewards, you will play a pivotal role in deploying AGL's international Compensation & Benefits strategy. This is a high-impact position, ideal for a seasoned professional eager to shape global policies and drive equity and competitiveness across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation Strategy & Execution
• Co-design and implement a Group-wide compensation policy aligned with market trends and AGL's values.
• Lead the job architecture framework for African countries.
• Pilot the annual salary review and bonus allocation campaigns, with a focus on executive and expatriate populations.
• Analyze market benchmarks to ensure competitive positioning.
• Manage campaign deployment via digital tools and produce strategic insights and dashboards.

Innovative Variable Pay Programs
• Develop and roll out tailored variable compensation schemes, including Long-Term Incentives (LTI), aligned with business priorities and talent segments.

Benefits Management
• Oversee executive benefits across Africa, ensuring they are a key differentiator in AGL's employee value proposition.
• Conduct a comprehensive mapping of benefits across all AGL countries to harmonize and optimize offerings.

Reporting & Analytics
• Lead the mass salary management campaign across African operations.
• Build and maintain compensation dashboards for legal compliance and strategic decision-making.

Cross-Functional Projects
• Collaborate on transversal HR initiatives to support AGL's global transformation.

 

Profil 

Your Profile

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in HR, Finance, or Business.
• 5/7+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in international environments.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing variable pay.
• Experience with job evaluation systems and consulting background is a strong asset.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (data modeling, complex analysis). Power BI is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and analytical mindset.
• Passion for Africa and its development is a plus.
