Mission Description
To support the Finance Department in the efficient processing of supplier payments, expenditure management, and reconciliation of payable accounts within the organization's logistics operations.
Profile
Key Responsibilities
• Receive, verify, and process supplier invoices.
• Printing TDO in the TOS for containers and vehicles and break bulk in line with the SOP
•Prepare supplier payments in accordance with approved credit terms and company procedures.
•Scanning and filing of TDO – ensure that all TDO for the day are scanned and filed into the GROUPS Documentation Folder
• Reconcile supplier statements and maintain accurate payable records. • Preparing of daily release log report
• Prepare payment vouchers, cheques, and related documentation.
• Customer Service- handling of customer enquiries
• Maintain proper records and filing financial documents.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in accounts payable or finance operations is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial procedures.
