Mission Description                      

The Digital Transformation Project Leader is responsible for leading digital
transformation initiatives across the organization. This role focuses on supporting the Group's business units by providing them with agile and innovative digital solutions (web and mobile apps, cloud & RPA automation, chatbots & generative AI, data visualization reports, etc.)

We are seeking a passionate and self-taught junior project leader to join a rapidly
growing team for this position that encompasses several key responsibilities
essential for successfully delivering digital projects within the AGL Group. It primarily involves supporting internal clients throughout the entire lifecycle from initial needs assessment to solution deployment. This includes project scoping, development & testing (UAT) follow-up, and production rollout.

JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Requirements Gathering and Analysis
- Collaborate closely with internal clients to understand and formalize their needs.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical
specifications.

Project Management
- Plan and manage projects end-to-end, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality
standards are met.
- Coordinate effectively with all project stakeholders.

Product Ownership
- Define and prioritize the product backlog based on user needs and business
objectives.
- Ensure developed solutions meet internal client expectations and align with the
Group's digital strategy.

Team Coordination and Agile Facilitation
- Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and project
retrospectives.
- Support developers on a daily basis to ensure progress and maintain
development quality.

Quality Assurance
- Oversee testing and user acceptance phases to ensure delivered solutions meet
specifications.
- Implement performance and quality indicators to monitor the effectiveness of
deployed solutions.

 

Profile

• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
Technical and Functional Skills
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Expertise in UX/UI, user experience, and low-code technologies.
• Proficient in project management and development tracking tools (Azure
DevOps, JIRA, Trello, etc.).
Personal Qualities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
