Mission
MISSIONS
Within the Energy & Project Solutions Department of AGL, the Junior Project Coordinator will be actively involved in the development phase of an industrial project (O&G, Mining, Power and Infrastructure). He/she will be participating in finding solutions to convey project cargo (including abnormal loads) across Africa.
The Junior Project coordinator will report to the Energy & Project Solutions Director and work closely with the energy & industrial projects vertical directors.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial offers related to road surveys and logistics studies for both internal stakeholders (AGL affiliates) and external clients.
Plan and organize road itineraries for survey teams conducting logistics assessments across target countries.
Monitor the functionality of road survey applications and digital tools; promptly report bugs, errors, and user issues.
Support the facilitation of road survey and field study training sessions and compile a monthly activity report summarizing all actions and updates.
Maintain an up-to-date register of all company-owned equipment and assets used for handling and transporting heavy lift and out-of-gauge (HLOOG) cargo.
Provide general assistance to project department teams and deliver administrative and operational support as requested
Contribute to the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of internal methods, workflows, and operating procedures related to project logistics activities.
Ensure consistent filing, version control, and archiving of project documents, templates, and technical records in line with internal quality standards.
Assist in the maintenance and improvement of internal tools, databases, and registers used for project tracking, reporting, and knowledge management.
Profil
PROFIL
-Vous intégrez une formation Master 1 en logistique, transport, supply chain ou ingénierie.
-Bonne connaissance des processus logistiques et du transport international
-Appétence pour les environnements techniques complexes (transport exceptionnel, études terrain, Afrique).
-Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ; une connaissance des ERP/logiciels logistiques est un plus.
-Excellentes capacités de communication et relationnelles
-Rigueur et organisation dans le suivi des dossiers
-Anglais professionnel (écrit et oral)
