O Sinaleiro é responsável por prestar apoio nas operações de carregamento e descarregamento de mercadorias pesadas dos camiões, garantindo a movimentação segura das cargas e o cumprimento dos procedimentos operacionais e de segurança. Trata-se de uma função de natureza operacional, que exige elevado esforço físico e capacidade para trabalhar em ambientes dinâmicos e exigentes.

•	Monitorizar e controlar o tráfego de veículos e peões nas diferentes áreas operacionais, garantindo o cumprimento dos procedimentos de segurança.
•	Direcionar, sinalizar e, quando necessário, escoltar veículos durante as operações, assegurando a circulação segura e eficiente.
•	Garantir o cumprimento das regras de trânsito internas, limites de velocidade e rotas estabelecidas no plano de gestão de tráfego.
•	Controlar o acesso e a circulação de veículos em áreas de elevado risco, interrompendo o tráfego sempre que necessário para garantir a segurança das operações.
•	Utilizar equipamentos e meios de comunicação apropriados, incluindo rádios, bandeiras, placas e sinais manuais, para coordenar o tráfego e as operações.
•	Apoiar operações de carga, descarga, manobras e movimentação de equipamentos e cargas pesadas, garantindo a segurança de pessoas e bens.
•	Inspecionar e assegurar a correta colocação e manutenção da sinalização temporária e das barreiras de segurança, reportando quaisquer anomalias.
•	Manter comunicação permanente com supervisores, operadores de equipamentos, motoristas e equipas de segurança para coordenar as atividades operacionais.
•	Garantir que as vias de circulação e áreas operacionais permaneçam livres de obstáculos e condições inseguras.
•	Apoiar a resposta a emergências, facilitando a evacuação de pessoal e o acesso de veículos de emergência.
•	Participar ativamente em reuniões de segurança, Toolbox Talks e outras iniciativas de sensibilização para a segurança.

MISSIONS
JOB FUNCTION &amp; KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Based at the AGL Expertise Center, you will join the AI Factory within the Digital &amp; Innovation Department as an AI Product Owner.

Your mission will be to design and drive AI products by identifying high-value use cases, redesigning business processes with AI capabilities, and ensuring their successful delivery, adoption, and measurable impact at scale.

As part of the AI Factory, your responsibilities will include:
• Identify and qualify AI use cases with business teams, analyze processes, and translate needs into clear and actionable product requirements rooted in real operational challenges.
• Analyze and redesign business processes to identify where AI (LLMs, agents, automation) can drive tangible efficiency and transformation.
• Own and continuously prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, feasibility, data availability, and delivery constraints to maximize impact.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of AI use cases, coordinating cross-functional teams (AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Architects, MLOps) and ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, and expected outcomes. 
• Lead validation phases with business stakeholders (UAT), collect feedback, challenge solutions, and ensure delivered products effectively solve real business problems. 
• Prepare and coordinate releases, contribute to rollout strategies, and support adoption through communication, training, and interaction with end users.
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions, balancing key AI trade-offs such as quality, performance, cost, and reliability.
• Ensure alignment with AI Factory governance, lifecycle, and standards, while acting as the voice of the business throughout the product lifecycle.

EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Data, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product ownership, project management, business analysis, or digital transformation, with a track record of delivering end-to-end initiatives. 
• Proven experience working at the interface between business stakeholders and technical teams, with the ability to translate operational needs into structured requirements and delivered solutions. 
• Experience identifying improvement opportunities in operational processes and driving automation or digitalization initiatives is strongly valued. 
• Exposure to AI, data, or analytics products is a strong advantage, with an understanding of how AI can be applied to real business use cases. 
• Experience in managing complex or cross-functional projects in a multi-site or international environment is highly desirable. 
• Strong ability to engage with senior stakeholders and operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing strategic thinking and delivery execution&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
PROFILE
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
• Good understanding of AI and Generative AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, agents, automation), with the ability to identify relevant use cases and challenge technical solutions from a product perspective. 
• Familiarity with AI platforms and ecosystems (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry) and their application to enterprise use cases is a strong advantage.
• Strong proficiency in product management and agile practices, including backlog management, user story writing, acceptance criteria definition, and participation in agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban or hybrid approaches). 
• Ability to translate business needs into structured functional and product requirements, and to interact effectively with technical teams (AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Architects) on solution design and delivery. 
• Proficiency with product and collaboration tools and ability to manage backlog, documentation, and delivery tracking. 
• Ability to define and monitor product performance through KPIs and dashboards (e.g., adoption, efficiency, ROI), ideally using reporting tools such as Power BI or equivalent.

Under the responsibility of the Connect Logistics Solution Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of new integrations and strategic product enhancements for the Azure Integration Platform. You will oversee the full lifecycle of product evolutions, from business requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing and deployment, ensuring successful transition to the RUN organization. Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and operational support, you will ensure that new capabilities are delivered on time, aligned with business priorities and fully integrated into the product roadmap.

Roadmap Management

MAIN MISSIONS
Tests Management

•	Define and maintain the test base (Azure Test Plans): requirements, test cases, test datasets and test campaigns.
•	Prepare and manage all prerequisites required for test execution.
•	Coordinate functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing activities across all stakeholders.

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities

As a Local Data Steward, you help ensure that local master data is accurate, reliable, and compliant with the MDM governance framework. You play a key role in supporting users, improving data quality, and contributing to efficient data processes across the organization.
Main tool: UNIFY
Scope: Local Data Stewarding and Data Maintenance, with a contribution to the Africa MDM strategy, particularly on compliance-related data topics.

Key responsibilities

A. Supporting users and managing data requests
A.1. Receive and handle user requests
Act as a first point of contact for end users by receiving, reviewing, and processing requests related to the creation or update of AGL parties.
A.2. Keep data up to date in UNIFY
Ensure that information is accurately recorded and maintained in UNIFY, including:
•	Creation or update of AGL parties;
•	Creation or update of AGL accounting codes.
A.3. Promote high-quality data
Review third-party data requests to help ensure that data is reliable, complete, and ready to be used by the business. Key checks include:
•	Uniqueness;
•	Completeness;
•	Accuracy.
A.4. Support compliance screening
Make sure that the relevant parties are correctly broadcast to the compliance screening tool, so that required controls can be performed on time.
B. Maintaining reliable local data
B.1. Maintain data daily
Ensure day-to-day maintenance of related parties in line with data governance rules and defined standards.
B.2. Monitor data quality indicators
Follow the relevant KPIs and contribute to improvement actions to strengthen the quality and reliability of master data.
B.3. Keep data clean and relevant
Identify, review, and clean obsolete or non-compliant data to keep the database accurate and useful for business needs.
B.4. Escalate when needed
Raise ambiguous situations, data inconsistencies, or requests requiring clarification to the Central Data Steward for guidance or arbitration.
B.5. Share useful information with users
Keep users informed about UNIFY usage, updates, and changes to support smooth adoption and consistent ways of working.
C. Scope of the role
C.1. Local responsibility
The role focuses primarily on the local scope and supports local teams in applying MDM rules and data quality practices.
C.2. Regional contribution
Depending on the organization and business needs, the role may also contribute to MDM activities across the Africa region and several Business Units.
D. Working with key stakeholders
D.1. Collaboration
Work closely with the Compliance Team of the Kigali Expertise Center, the Global Data Owner, and the Central Data Steward MDM teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and compliance across data processes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Education

•	Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, Data Management, Computer Science, or a related field.

•	Previous experience maintaining master data (Business Partners, Vendors, Customers, Accounting Codes, or similar reference data).

Within AGL's IT department, attached to the Freight Forwarding &amp; Transit department, you will work as an Expert Solution "Specific Customers", particularly on EDI flows. 

The company addresses certain so-called "specific" customers requiring precise technical and operational integration processes. 

In particular, it develops and maintains tailor-made EDI flows for these specific customers to automate the exchange of key information. These flows meet specific needs in terms of traceability, operational monitoring and management. 

The Expert Solution for Specific Clients (EDI) collects and formalizes customer needs, manages the implementation and monitoring of operational and technical processes and EDI flows, guaranteeing their performance and continuous improvement. He ensures the coordination between technical teams, business lines and customers, in a multi-stakeholder environment. 

1. Functional framing 
- Collect and analyze customer and business needs. 
- Evaluate the specific operational and technical contexts as a whole. 
- Audit the technical scope and existing data exchanges. 
- Lead functional workshops to clarify requirements and constraints.

MISSIONS

Africa Global Logistics (AGL) is deploying a new Enterprise Content Management platform called MERGE, based on M-Files and integrated with OCR and Artificial Intelligence capabilities.

MERGE will become the Group standard platform for document management, workflow automation, information governance and digitalization accross multiple business domains including Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Ports, Customs, Finance, Procurement, Human Resources and Legal.

To support the deployment and continuous evolution of the platform across Africa, AGL is looking for talented M-Files Solution Developers to join its Digital Center of Excellence based in Kigali, Rwanda.
Main responsabilities: 
Solution development and configuration
•	Configure and maintain M-Files vault structures.
•	Design and implement metadata models, classes, workflows and permissions.
•	Develop and maintain low-code business applications within the M-Files platform.
•	Configure document lifecycles and approval workflows.
•	Implement document templates and automatic document generation processes.

EDUCATION

MISSIONS
The Internal Control team, currently composed of 8 members, reports hierarchically to the Group Chief Financial Officer. Based between the headquarters in Puteaux (France) and Kigali (Rwanda), the Group team conducts field assignments to assess the effectiveness of the internal control framework across all Group subsidiaries.
As part of its development, an additional team is currently being established in Rwanda. This team will work closely with the headquarters team to conduct joint assignments across the African continent.
By joining the team, you will be responsible for:
•	Participating in internal control reviews and audit assignments within AGL subsidiaries (a scope of approximately 200 entities, mainly across Africa). 
•	Assessing risks and proposing improvements to the internal control framework across its various dimensions: governance framework, self-assessment campaigns, tools, and processes. 
•	Supporting subsidiaries in implementing the anti-corruption compliance framework in accordance with the requirements of the French Sapin II Law (Accounting Controls pillar). 
•	Managing other internal control and process improvement projects requested by management, including acquisition due diligence, fraud audits, and other related assignments.
