La direction financière AFRICA GLOBAL LOGISTICS, un sous-groupe du groupe MSC fortement implanté sur le continent africain, a lancé depuis fin 2025 un projet de déploiement de l'ERP SAP S4/HANA, couplé à la mise en place des solutions ESKER (digitalisation cycle P2P) et NEOFI (communication bancaire) afin de remplacer ses anciens outils comptables et financiers.

Ce programme à grande échelle vise à définir un modèle financier centralisé répondant aux besoins des différentes activités (portuaire, maritime, logistique, ferroviaire), puis à le déployer dans les 50 pays Africa Global Logistics.

La Direction Financière souhaite renforcer l'équipe interne qui gère ce programme en recrutant un Responsable Change Management H/F

Vous êtes un professionnel autonome, rigoureux et engagé, capable de piloter la stratégie et la mise en œuvre des actions de conduite du changement afin de sécuriser l'adoption des nouvelles solutions, processus et modes de fonctionnement.

Vous reportez au Directeur de Programme et travaillez en autonomie au sein de l'équipe projet.

Missions principales :
Adaptation de la stratégie de conduite du changement
Contribuer à l'adaptation de la stratégie globale de change au niveau du programme 
Définir les indicateurs de succès (adoption, engagement, formation)

Analyse d'impacts :
Piloter les analyses d'impact organisationnel, métier et processus
Identifier les populations impactées (utilisateurs, managers, fonctions support)
Évaluer les risques liés à l'adhésion et proposer des plans de mitigation 

Animation et support aux équipes locale :
Cartographier les stakeholders (local/global)
Définir et piloter le plan d'animation
Accompagner les sponsors (programme &amp; management local)
Animer les communautés (chef de projet local, key users,…) 

Communication :
Définir le plan de communication global et local 
Superviser la création de supports (présentations, newsletters, vidéos) 
Assurer la cohérence des messages dans un environnement multiculturel 
Promouvoir le programme et ses bénéfices

Formation et développement des compétences :
Contribuer à définir la stratégie de formation (digital, présentiel)
Superviser la création des contenus de formation SAP/ESKER/NEOFI via notamment l'outil SAP Enable Now
Piloter la réalisation des formations dans les pays
Mesurer l'efficacité des formations (KPIs, feedback, adoption)

Support au déploiement (Go-Live) :
Préparer les entités au Go-Live (readiness assessment, définition du cut-over)
Piloter les plans de transition
Suivre les indicateurs d'adoption post Go-Live
Accompagner la stabilisation lors de la phase Hypercare&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Expérience : 
Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Responsable Change Management. Une expérience de déploiement d'ERP à l'international ainsi que des principaux processus comptables est souhaitée.

Formation : 
Niveau minimum bac +5, formation initiale en Finance / Contrôle de Gestion / Comptabilité ou profil ingénieur

Compétences techniques : 
Maîtrise des méthodologies de change management (Prosci, ADKAR, etc.)
Bonne compréhension des processus métier (Finance, comptabilité, trésorerie, …)
Capacité à évoluer dans des environnements complexes et multi-culturels
Excellentes compétences en communication et influence
Gestion de projets transverse (multi-stakeholders)

-	Superviser les travaux de Gap Analysis et valider les solutions proposées ;
-	Garantir le respect du core model SAP tout en intégrant les exigences locales validées ;
-	Suivre les activités de paramétrage, de migration des données, d'intégration et de tests ;
-	Piloter les phases de recette, de préparation au démarrage et de mise en production ;
-	Assurer la gestion des risques, des arbitrages et des plans d'actions associés ;
-	Produire et présenter les reportings projet auprès des instances de gouvernance ;
-	Accompagner la conduite du changement et superviser les actions de formation des utilisateurs clés ;
-	Organiser et coordonner la phase d'hypercare ainsi que le transfert vers les équipes support ;
-	Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et à l'évolution du core model SAP S/4HANA.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
-	Formation supérieure Bac+4/5 en informatique, gestion, finance ou dans un domaine équivalent ;
-	Expérience confirmée d'au moins 8 ans dans l'écosystème SAP, dont 3 à 5 ans minimum en gestion de projets SAP S/4HANA ;

Vous êtes un professionnel autonome, rigoureux et engagé, capable d'assumer pleinement les responsabilités d'un chef de projet : de la définition des besoins à la mise en œuvre opérationnelle, en passant par la coordination des parties prenantes et le suivi des livrables.

Vous reportez au Solution Manager EPM Finance et travaillez en autonomie au sein d'une équipe.


Missions principales :
Conduite de projets &amp; analyse fonctionnelle

· Recueillir et analyser les besoins des équipes Finance (opérationnels, comptables, trésorerie…).
· Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques.
· Participer à la conception de solutions cibles, en lien avec ESKER, SAP S4/HANA et d'autres outils Finance.

Déploiement &amp; paramétrage des solutions
· Paramétrer, suivre et coordonner les développements avec les équipes internes et externes.
· Accompagner le déploiement de la solution ESKER pour les processus Achats et Factures (frais généraux, immobilisations, opérations).
· Participer aux montées de version, évolutions fonctionnelles et intégrations intersystèmes.

Support, MCO &amp; intégration de nouvelles entités
· Assurer le support niveau 2 sur vos périmètres (ESKER, P2P, einvoicing…).
· Garantir le maintien en condition opérationnelle des solutions.
· Participer à l'intégration de nouvelles sociétés et aux reprises de données depuis d'autres progiciels.

Formation, documentation &amp; conduite du changement
· Préparer et animer les formations utilisateurs.
· Élaborer les guides d'utilisation et contribuer à la montée en compétences des équipes locales.
· Être force de proposition sur l'amélioration continue des processus.

Contribution aux projets SAP S4/HANA Finance

Selon votre expertise, vous pourrez intervenir sur :
· La définition des besoins finance (P2P),
· L'analyse et optimisation des données,
· Les tests, recettes et déploiements.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Formation : 
- Niveau minimum bac +3/+5 en Contrôle de Gestion / Comptabilité ou profil ingénieur

Expérience : 
- Minimum 3 ans en tant que Chef de Projet, Business Analyst ou Support / Déploiement sur des solutions de dématérialisation ou Finance.
- Expérience sur le logiciel ESKER et / ou SAP fortement appréciée.

· Compétences techniques :
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Compréhension des systèmes Finance et ERP (SAP S4/HANA idéalement).
Une connaissance des processus comptables et Purchase-to-Pay est souhaitée.
- Compétences en gestion de projet et conduite du changement.

Missions principales
Sous la supervision du Responsable Trésorerie, l'Assistant Trésorier h/f aura pour missions de:

Gestion quotidienne de la trésorerie

Enregistrer quotidiennement les opérations de trésorerie.
Établir et enregistrer les opérations comptables diverses (OD).
Analyser et effectuer le lettrage quotidien des comptes de trésorerie.
Réaliser les rapprochements bancaires de manière bihebdomadaire.
Assurer le pointage, le suivi et l'apurement des suspens bancaires.
Alerter en cas de moyens de paiement impayés (chèques, etc.) et veiller à l'imputation des frais aux tiers concernés.
Signaler toute transaction anormale ou incohérente sur les comptes bancaires.
Vérifier quotidiennement les charges et frais bancaires et remonter toute anomalie.
Assister le comptable chargé des rapprochements bancaires.

Pilotage et optimisation de la trésorerie

Contribuer à l'élaboration des plans de trésorerie hebdomadaires, mensuels, trimestriels, semestriels et annuels.
Produire et transmettre quotidiennement la position de trésorerie.
Orienter les encaissements et décaissements sur les différents comptes bancaires.
Proposer et mettre en œuvre des actions d'optimisation de la trésorerie.
Analyser l'évolution des frais et produits financiers et alerter en cas de variation anormale.
Estimer les frais financiers à provisionner en fin de mois et vérifier leur conformité avec les frais facturés par les banques.

Contrôle, reporting et conformité

Procéder mensuellement à l'inventaire physique des moyens de paiement (chèques, etc.).
Assurer la remise des moyens de paiement aux tiers contre décharge.
Participer à l'élaboration et à la transmission des reportings demandés par le Groupe (Xaalis, etc.).
Assister aux travaux de clôtures comptables mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles.
Effectuer le classement et l'archivage quotidien des documents comptables.
Mettre en œuvre les contrôles comptables conformément à la loi SAPIN II (paiement fournisseurs, changement de RIB, écritures manuelles).

Organisation et coordination

Assurer un traitement comptable fiable des opérations de trésorerie.
Encadrer et accompagner les stagiaires trésorerie.
Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe comptable.
Rendre compte régulièrement au Responsable Trésorerie.
Contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs et indicateurs de performance (KPIs).
Proposer des améliorations des procédures et exécuter toute tâche confiée par la hiérarchie.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Formation: BAC+2 à BAC+5 en Comptabilité, Audit, Contrôle de Gestion ou Finance.
Expérience : Minimum 02 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la finance, dont une expérience avérée en tant qu'Assistant Trésorerie h/f.

Context :

This large-scale program aims to define a core finance model that meets the needs of the various businesses (Port, Shipping, Logistics, Rail), and then to deploy it in the 50 countries of the Africa Global Logistics Group.
The Finance Department wishes to strengthen the internal team that will manage this program by recruiting a SAP S4 Finance Business Analyst. 

Purpose	: 
Member of the Finance / EPM Finance Department, the candidate will join the Finance SAP project team based in Puteaux. 
The SAP S4 Finance Program is structured by Finance functional streams: Record-to-Report; Order-to-Cash ; Purchase-to-Pay.
The Business Analyst main goal is to contribute to the various steps of the program:
•	Deployment of the solution to the 50 AGL countries (more than 200 companies) : project management, set-up of the solution, data migration, UAT organization, training and hyper care. 
•	Solution enhancement and evolution: identification of additional requirements, specification and tests
•	Contribution to AMS

MISSION : 
The Business Analyst will oversee: 
•	Requirements Gathering: Communicate with stakeholders (Business Process Owners, Subject matter experts, key users,) to understand their needs and expectations. This involves documenting business requirements related to SAP S4,
•	Data Analysis and Optimization: Analyze SAP S4 data to assess performance and recommend improvements, including identifying areas for optimization and efficiency enhancement,
•	Solution Deployment: Design, build, and deploy SAP S4 (and potential best-of-breed solutions) to improve business processes, involving the set-up of SAP S4 modules and integration with other systems,
•	System Testing and Training: Conduct system testing to ensure that the solutions meet user requirements. Additionally, provide SAP training to end-users and prepare user manuals,
•	Support and Maintenance: Responsibilities extend to supporting and maintaining the SAP S4 (level 2). Troubleshooting and resolving SAP-related issues are part of this role,
•	Reporting and Trend Monitoring: Prepare and present reports on system improvement initiatives. Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in Finance &amp; SAP systems.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Level of education : 
Minimum Master or equivalent (5 years engineering and/or business IT education).
Training in finance / treasury / controlling / accounting would be a plus.
SAP S4/HANA certification would be a plus.

Technical competencies
