Key Responsibilities

3.	Business Development: Expand market share by building partnerships with airlines, freight forwarders, and key clients working with the commercial department .

5.	Team Leadership: Lead, mentor the N-1, and develop a high-performing team of air freight professionals.
6.	Customer Relations: Ensure excellent service delivery and resolve escalated client issues.
7.	Compliance &amp; Risk Management: Guarantee adherence to aviation safety standards, customs laws, and company policies.
8.	Innovation &amp; Technology: Drive digital transformation in air freight processes, including automation and tracking systems.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field. Master's degree is an advantage.

Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in air freight or logistics, with at least 5 years in a similar role.

La direction financière AFRICA GLOBAL LOGISTICS, un sous-groupe du groupe MSC fortement implanté sur le continent africain, a lancé depuis fin 2025 un projet de déploiement de l'ERP SAP S4/HANA, couplé à la mise en place des solutions ESKER (digitalisation cycle P2P) et NEOFI (communication bancaire) afin de remplacer ses anciens outils comptables et financiers.

Ce programme à grande échelle vise à définir un modèle financier centralisé répondant aux besoins des différentes activités (portuaire, maritime, logistique, ferroviaire), puis à le déployer dans les 50 pays Africa Global Logistics.

La Direction Financière souhaite renforcer l'équipe interne qui gère ce programme en recrutant un Responsable Change Management H/F

Vous êtes un professionnel autonome, rigoureux et engagé, capable de piloter la stratégie et la mise en œuvre des actions de conduite du changement afin de sécuriser l'adoption des nouvelles solutions, processus et modes de fonctionnement.

Vous reportez au Directeur de Programme et travaillez en autonomie au sein de l'équipe projet.

Missions principales :
Adaptation de la stratégie de conduite du changement
Contribuer à l'adaptation de la stratégie globale de change au niveau du programme 
Définir les indicateurs de succès (adoption, engagement, formation)

Analyse d'impacts :
Piloter les analyses d'impact organisationnel, métier et processus
Identifier les populations impactées (utilisateurs, managers, fonctions support)
Évaluer les risques liés à l'adhésion et proposer des plans de mitigation 

Animation et support aux équipes locale :
Cartographier les stakeholders (local/global)
Définir et piloter le plan d'animation
Accompagner les sponsors (programme &amp; management local)
Animer les communautés (chef de projet local, key users,…) 

Communication :
Définir le plan de communication global et local 
Superviser la création de supports (présentations, newsletters, vidéos) 
Assurer la cohérence des messages dans un environnement multiculturel 
Promouvoir le programme et ses bénéfices

Formation et développement des compétences :
Contribuer à définir la stratégie de formation (digital, présentiel)
Superviser la création des contenus de formation SAP/ESKER/NEOFI via notamment l'outil SAP Enable Now
Piloter la réalisation des formations dans les pays
Mesurer l'efficacité des formations (KPIs, feedback, adoption)

Support au déploiement (Go-Live) :
Préparer les entités au Go-Live (readiness assessment, définition du cut-over)
Piloter les plans de transition
Suivre les indicateurs d'adoption post Go-Live
Accompagner la stabilisation lors de la phase Hypercare&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Expérience : 
Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Responsable Change Management. Une expérience de déploiement d'ERP à l'international ainsi que des principaux processus comptables est souhaitée.

Formation : 
Niveau minimum bac +5, formation initiale en Finance / Contrôle de Gestion / Comptabilité ou profil ingénieur

Compétences techniques : 
Maîtrise des méthodologies de change management (Prosci, ADKAR, etc.)
Bonne compréhension des processus métier (Finance, comptabilité, trésorerie, …)
Capacité à évoluer dans des environnements complexes et multi-culturels
Excellentes compétences en communication et influence

Job Purpose:

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•Manage the team (N-1) including Fleet drivers, Workshop and Subcontracted Transport

•Inform the client (internal or external of delivery/ collection status)
•Alert the client in case of operational issue (potential/ real)
•Drive the deliveries for vehicle service while controlling overheads and Workshop costs
•Based on the received cargo delivery/ collection requests, prepare/ validate the operations planning and inform COMs and FOPs
•Track the fleet (via central GPS system) and ensure optimization of the mobilized means
•Organize and control the documentation transmission: Delivery proof (POD, RCN) to COM units and interchange to container Logistics Manager
•Liaise with QHSE for audit recommended actions implementation
•Analyze and focus on staff costs: casuals, extra- work
•Monitor and challenge workshop costs: Gas, Oil, Tyres etc. 
•Implement any option that would allow decreasing costs (training for drivers, road selection)
•Report any operational issues (including cargo) to COMs/ FOPs in charge
•Request instructions in case of arbitrations to be rendered between cargo deliveries
•Alert N+1 in case of significant operational issue (impact on quality of service , invoicing, sensitive client)
•Inform N+1 and sales department of all quotation non-compliant with COM goals (gross margin, turnover, feasibility.)
•Identify and work on the issues raised during the files processing whatever in the responsibility scope or not.
•Receive work order from internal departments and generate the JMP accordingly 

SUBCONTRACTED TRANSPORT 

•Provide subcontracted transport for both internal and external needs with emphasis on service delivery, profitability and cost control
•Select the authorized subcontractors. The selection of subcontractors with risky profile (limited means or quality of service, weak financial situation, competitor...) 

WORKSHOP

•Manage and distribute the day-to-day workshop administration activities including but not limited to procurement, stock management / control, job planning / preventive maintenance scheduling...
•Coordinate workshop daily meetings in conjunction with the Workshop Administrator.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
•	Minimum – Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or its equivalent
•	At least 5 yrs experience in running a fleet of more than 25 trucks
•	Local knowledge of the East African Region

•	Monitor the investments within the perimeter responsibility (defined during budget) and control the good use of allocated facilities. 
•	Regularly review the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and ensure alignment to serve customers. 
•	Control the implementation of the SOP by MO team, Quality audit (internal and external) and by continually monitoring it against the approved action plan. 

3.Pilot the service offer
•	In collaboration with the Front Office, support the preparation of service proposals/ tender bids considering the current market, its evolution, the organization, the activity profitability as well the risk level. 
•	Support the Front Office actions by providing the required expertise
•	Approve the complex quotes (technical risk, sensitive client, high profitability …) after the N-1 input
•	Support the money collection lead by Finance and subordinate when required
•	Review the Clients' credit limit and submit it to the Head of the BU and CFO 

4.Coordinate &amp; Monitor Operations
•	Coordinate the actions of several MO sections /departments, Front Office and Back Office

La direction financière AFRICA GLOBAL LOGISTICS, un sous-groupe du groupe MSC fortement implanté sur le continent africain, lance un projet de déploiement de l'ERP SAP S4/HANA, couplé à la mise en place de la solution ESKER afin de remplacer ses anciens outils comptables et financiers. 

Ce programme à grande échelle vise à définir un modèle financier centralisé répondant aux besoins des différentes activités (portuaire, maritime, logistique, ferroviaire), puis à le déployer dans les 50 pays Africa Global Logistics.

La Direction Financière souhaite renforcer l'équipe interne qui gère ce programme en recrutant un Chef de Projet Finance – Purchase-to-Pay &amp; eInvoicing

Vous êtes un professionnel autonome, rigoureux et engagé, capable d'assumer pleinement les responsabilités d'un chef de projet : de la définition des besoins à la mise en œuvre opérationnelle, en passant par la coordination des parties prenantes et le suivi des livrables.

Vous reportez au Solution Manager EPM Finance et travaillez en autonomie au sein d'une équipe.


Missions principales :
Conduite de projets &amp; analyse fonctionnelle

· Recueillir et analyser les besoins des équipes Finance (opérationnels, comptables, trésorerie…).
· Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques.
· Participer à la conception de solutions cibles, en lien avec ESKER, SAP S4/HANA et d'autres outils Finance.

Déploiement &amp; paramétrage des solutions
· Paramétrer, suivre et coordonner les développements avec les équipes internes et externes.
· Accompagner le déploiement de la solution ESKER pour les processus Achats et Factures (frais généraux, immobilisations, opérations).
· Participer aux montées de version, évolutions fonctionnelles et intégrations intersystèmes.

Support, MCO &amp; intégration de nouvelles entités
· Assurer le support niveau 2 sur vos périmètres (ESKER, P2P, einvoicing…).
· Garantir le maintien en condition opérationnelle des solutions.
· Participer à l'intégration de nouvelles sociétés et aux reprises de données depuis d'autres progiciels.

Formation, documentation &amp; conduite du changement
· Préparer et animer les formations utilisateurs.
· Élaborer les guides d'utilisation et contribuer à la montée en compétences des équipes locales.
· Être force de proposition sur l'amélioration continue des processus.

Contribution aux projets SAP S4/HANA Finance

Selon votre expertise, vous pourrez intervenir sur :
· La définition des besoins finance (P2P),
· L'analyse et optimisation des données,
· Les tests, recettes et déploiements.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Formation : 
- Niveau minimum bac +3/+5 en Contrôle de Gestion / Comptabilité ou profil ingénieur

Expérience : 
- Minimum 3 ans en tant que Chef de Projet, Business Analyst ou Support / Déploiement sur des solutions de dématérialisation ou Finance.
- Expérience sur le logiciel ESKER et / ou SAP fortement appréciée.

· Compétences techniques :
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Compréhension des systèmes Finance et ERP (SAP S4/HANA idéalement).
Une connaissance des processus comptables et Purchase-to-Pay est souhaitée.
- Compétences en gestion de projet et conduite du changement.

IFFO-Container Logistics is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the efficient movement, handling of empty and full containers for export operations genset management and yard operations.
1. Container Planning &amp; Coordination
• Coordinate with shipping line depots for timely release and availability of empty containers for export.
• Plan and supervise the dispatch of containers for stuffing.

2. Transport &amp; Driver Coordination
•Liaise with transporters and drivers to ensure timely movement of empty and loaded containers.
• Monitor vehicle allocation, turnaround time, and adherence to schedules.
• Address transport-related issues promptly to avoid operational delays.

3. Reefer Container &amp; Genset Management
• Coordinate with the internal equipment handling/workshop team for:
•Fixing and unfixing of clip-on gensets to reefer containers.
• Ensuring proper functioning and availability of gensets.
• Oversee fueling operations for gensets and maintain adequate fuel levels.
•Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures in handling reefer units.

4. Yard Operations Coordination
• Coordinate the drop-off of loaded containers at the AGL yard or designated facility.
• Ensure proper stacking, positioning, and tracking of containers in the yard.
• Supervise the electric plugging (plug-in) of reefer containers once gensets are removed and regular monitoring of the function of the Reefer containers and temperature monitoring

5. Port &amp; Terminal Coordination
• Coordinate the movement and loading of containers from the yard to the port for export
• Ensure documentation and timing align with vessel cut-offs and port requirements.
• Maintain close communication with Internal Export Ops team and Port/ terminal ops team.

6. Reporting &amp; Documentation
• Prepare and submit daily stock reports of full containers at AGL yard
• Track and report container movements (in/out, yard status, transit).
• Highlight operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements.

7. Compliance &amp; Safety
• Ensure all operations comply with company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Promote a culture of safety among drivers, operators, and yard personnel.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

2.Manage the operational relationship with the Client

3.Monitor file processing
3.1 Ensure that SOPs are applied at each step of the business process
3.2 Monitor all documentation and ensure compliance with required laws and regulations
3.3 Ensure tariffs for existing Clients are regularly updated
3.4 Allocate the files to be processed to Operators. Validate the opened file before the process begins (for Clients exceeding their credit conditions, escalate to N+1 for validation)
3.5 Check the file processing progress (each process component must work properly without delay) and ensure that the different process steps are well done from a physical point of view (documentation) or electronic one (step update capture in the business software)
3.6 Assist Operators and other staff members in case of operational issues. 
3.7 Ensure that files are regularly archived (physically &amp; electronically, once a month at least)
3.8 Implement all necessary actions to improve the quality of processing (process, request for additional resource, computers...)
3.9 Control the quality of formalization &amp; documentation of the files.

4.Ensure that operations are performed with respect to gross margin &amp; disbursements anticipated when quotations have been issued.
4.1 Get to know the exact details of quotations related to operations in progress
4.2 Select the most efficient means to the operations to be performed, with respect to quotations validated by the Client (preferences)
4.3 Validate the supplier invoice file allocations &amp; amounts
4.4 Validate Client invoices and corresponding attachments aligned to quotation &amp; submission by Operators.
4.5 Check the disbursements of each file
4.6 Constantly liaise with customs declaration team at the ports to ensure customs documentation are paid for and lodged/ released in good time to ensure smooth handing over of export shipments in port
4.7 Liaise with credit control department on collection of outstanding payments both from cash and credit clients.

5.Control the costs of the IFF unit in line with approved budget
6. Alert/Inform Management in case of significant operational issues which may impact on quality &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
• Diploma in Clearing and Forwarding or related field. 
• East Africa Freight Forwarding Practicing Certificate (EAFFPC) will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of Single Customs Territory
