Dans le cadre du renforcement de nos activités d'exploitation portuaire, nous recherchons un(e) Coordinateur(trice) Control Room chargé(e) d'assurer la coordination et le pilotage des opérations du terminal depuis la salle de contrôle.
 Le titulaire du poste contribue activement à l'atteinte des objectifs opérationnels, à l'optimisation des performances et à la coordination des équipes de planification.

Missions principales

Sous la supervision du Planning Manager, vous aurez pour principales responsabilités de :

- Coordination et supervision des opérations
- Superviser les opérations en temps réel en collaboration avec le Responsable de Shift.
- Veiller à la bonne exécution et à la correcte comptabilisation des transactions opérationnelles.
- Identifier les dysfonctionnements, analyser leurs causes et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives nécessaires.
- Garantir le respect des plans opérationnels établis et assurer les ajustements requis en cas d'aléas.
- Anticiper les difficultés opérationnelles afin de limiter leur impact sur la performance du terminal.
- Assurer une transition efficace entre les équipes lors des changements de shift.

Communication et reporting :

- Assurer une communication fluide avec les responsables opérationnels et de planification.
- Partager les informations relatives aux opérations navires et parc avec l'ensemble des équipes concernées.
- Produire les rapports d'activité et de performance quotidiens, hebdomadaires, mensuels et annuels.

-Support opérationnel et relation clients :

- Agir comme expert du Terminal Operating System (TOS) et assurer un support de premier niveau aux équipes de la Control Room.
- Être l'interlocuteur privilégié des compagnies maritimes, agents et clients stratégiques durant votre shift.
- Assurer une communication régulière sur l'avancement des opérations navires afin de garantir un haut niveau de satisfaction client.

Indicateurs de performance

Vous contribuerez à l'atteinte des objectifs de performance du terminal notamment :

- GMPH (Gross Moves Per Hour)
- BMPH (Berth Moves Per Hour)
- TTT (Truck Turn-Round Time)

Formation et expérience :

- Bac+4/5 en Logistique, Transport, Génie Industriel, Gestion des Opérations ou discipline similaire.
- Expérience significative dans les opérations portuaires, la planification ou la gestion d'activités logistiques à forte intensité opérationnelle.
- Une expérience en salle de contrôle ou environnement portuaire constitue un atout majeur.

Compétences techniques :

- Bonne compréhension des opérations terminales et de la chaîne logistique.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des systèmes de gestion des opérations (TOS).
- Solides capacités d'analyse, de reporting et de résolution de problèmes.

Job Purpose
The Senior Operations Controller oversees operational performance, service delivery and control across assigned activities within AGL Namibia, including Corridor operations, Inbound/Outbound Customs Clearance, and Inbound/Outbound Releasing. The role ensures efficient execution against customer and business requirements, manages key account performance, resolves operational and commercial exceptions, and supports accurate costing, billing and customer satisfaction. The position also provides guidance to operational teams, including Supervisors, and delivers reliable operational reporting to support management decision-making.

Job Functions
1. Operational Control
•	Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with procedures, customer requirements and service levels.
•	Monitor workloads, ageing jobs, bottlenecks, exceptions and service failures, ensuring timely corrective action.
•	Review job status, documentation and transaction completeness to prevent service, billing or customer impacts.
•	Analyse performance trends, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and coordinate resolution of escalated issues.
•	Provide management with accurate operational updates, risks and recommended actions.
2. Key Accounts and Customer Control
•	Serve as the operational focal point for assigned key accounts, ensuring adherence to customer requirements, SOPs and service commitments.
•	Maintain regular customer engagement and provide updates on job status, delays, exceptions and recovery actions.
•	Monitor KPI, SLA and turnaround-time performance and coordinate resolution of customer-impacting issues.

Job Purpose
Develop, facilitate, assess and continuously improve the competence of AGL drivers and, where required, subcontracted drivers to support safe, legal, reliable and quality-focused transport operations. Deliver theoretical, practical, yard-based and in-cab training and assessment in accordance with applicable South African road transport legislation, prevailing QCTO/TETA requirements and recognised occupational/unit-standard frameworks, AGL Transport Golden Rules, approved procedures, customer requirements and the AGL QHSE Management System. The role provides specialist driver training, coaching, assessment and competency assurance to support safe, compliant and efficient transport operations.

1. Driver Training and Development
•	Plan and deliver induction, initial, refresher, remedial and periodic driver training using classroom, practical, yard-based and in-cab methods.
•	Train drivers in professional and defensive driving, vehicle familiarisation, inspections, reversing/manoeuvring, coupling/uncoupling, safe parking and breakdown procedures.
•	Deliver training on load securing, lashing/unlashing, cargo stability, loading/offloading safety, fatigue and journey management, rollover/collision prevention, hijacking prevention, emergency response, incident reporting and AGL Transport Golden Rules.
•	Deliver or facilitate Dangerous Goods and customer/product-specific training within the trainer's approved competence and registration scope.
•	Provide on-the-job coaching, toolbox talks and targeted awareness sessions for new, inexperienced or under-performing drivers.

2. Driver Competency Assessment 
•	Conduct initial, periodic, post-incident and remedial theoretical and practical competency assessments against applicable occupational/unit standards, AGL requirements and approved assessment criteria.
•	Conduct in-cab/accompanied driving assessments and observations covering vehicle control, road behaviour, hazard perception, defensive driving, route discipline and safe operating practices.
•	Assess competence for relevant vehicle categories and specialised activities within registered scope; record outcomes and recommend drivers as competent, requiring coaching/reassessment, or not yet competent.
•	Reassess drivers following serious incidents, repeated unsafe behaviour, significant telematics events or identified competency gaps.
•	Verify appropriate licence, PrDP, medical fitness and authorisation before practical or in-cab training/assessment and escalate identified gaps.

3. Route Risk and Specialised Transport
•	Participate with QHSE and Transport Operations in route risk assessments, surveys and route familiarisation for new, changed, high-risk or customer-specific routes.
•	Identify relevant road, traffic, security, environmental, weather, rest-stop, parking, loading/offloading, border and emergency-response hazards and translate approved controls into driver briefings and training.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
RULES AND REGULATIONS
•	Conduct training and assessment in accordance with AGL procedures, the QHSE Management System and applicable South African road transport, Dangerous Goods and occupational health and safety requirements.
•	Maintain working knowledge of the National Road Traffic Act and applicable Road Traffic Regulations, prevailing QCTO/TETA requirements and relevant transport standards.
•	Support compliance with RTMS, SQAS and applicable customer requirements relating to driver competence and road safety.
•	Report hazards, unsafe driver behaviour, competency deficiencies, incidents and training-related non-compliance through
Minimum Education, Qualifications and Experience
•	Matric / Grade 12 - required.
•	Valid EC (Code 14) Driver's Licence and valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP) appropriate to the transport activities performed - required.
•	Minimum 5 years' practical professional heavy-vehicle driving experience, preferably including articulated/combination vehicles, long-distance transport and general freight.
•	Demonstrable experience in driver training, coaching and practical competency assessment in a heavy-vehicle transport environment.
•	Qualified Assessor in accordance with applicable QCTO/TETA or recognised occupational training requirements - required.
•	Qualified Facilitator or equivalent recognised training 
•	Competent and, where applicable, registered/authorised to assess professional-driving standards relevant to AGL operations, including US 123253 (rigid heavy vehicle), US 123254 (vehicle combination), US 123259 (Convey Dangerous Goods by Road, where applicable), or prevailing replacement/equivalent occupational qualifications or unit standards.
•	Recognised Dangerous Goods transport qualification/training where Dangerous Goods activities form part of the operational scope.

Dans un contexte de croissance et de transformation, AGL Côte d'Ivoire renforce sa Direction des Solution Transport et recrute des Assistants Planification selon les procédures mises en place afin d'atteindre les objectifs de performance.
A ce titre, il/elle aura pour principales missions de : 

1.	Activités liées au poste

Sous partie 1 
•	Coordonner et organiser la planification des opérations de transport de conteneurs import et export 
•	Actualiser en temps réel les programmes de Transport des conteneurs 
•	Elaborer le planning des opérations de transport dans le logiciel et selon les urgences établies
•	Exploiter le rapport journalier émis par les opérationnels, en faire la synthèse pour une mise à jour des opérations planifiées.
•	Faire le contrôle des dossiers de transport et réclamer tous les documents utiles pour les opérations de Transport 
•	Assurer la saisie des dossiers dans le logiciel du Transport 
•	S'assurer progressivement de l'état d'avancement des chantiers et rendre compte à son responsable 
•	Etablir les statistiques journalières et mensuelles des activités de Transport et rendre compte à son responsable hiérarchique

Job Function: 
Training Delivery &amp; Assessment
•	Deliver scheduled internal driver training sessions (classroom, yard-based and in-cab practical)
•	Conduct daily toolbox talks / pre-shift DG safety briefings (placarding, segregation, TRECs, PPE, emergency procedures)
•	Perform practical assessments and re-assessments of drivers against US 123259 and internal standards
•	Provide on-the-job coaching/mentoring to new and under-performing drivers
Compliance Verification (before dispatch)
•	Verify daily that drivers hold valid PrDP-D, DG certificate and medical fitness certificate before departure of Depot — flag non-compliant drivers to Operations immediately
•	Observe pre-trip vehicle inspections: placards, orange diamonds, fire extinguishers, PPE, spill kit, DG documentation/tremcards
Records &amp; Evidence
•	Complete attendance registers for every session (TETA/QCTO POE evidence)
•	Capture all training activity into the training records system/LMS same day
•	Update the driver training matrix daily
•	Conduct incident/near-miss debriefs and record corrective coaching
Medicals &amp; Certification Oversight
•	Review the medical expiry tracker (30/60/90-day lookahead) and book drivers for occupational medical examinations

Training Management

Internal Driver Training
•	Conduct the scheduled monthly internal driver training module (e.g., DG refresher, emergency response drill, spill response, firefighting, product-specific handling, defensive driving element)
•	Run at least one practical emergency drill with drivers
Material Review &amp; Development
•	Review training material — update when: SANS standards are amended, NRTA regulations change, new products/routes are added, or PTO/incident trends reveal gaps

Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités et du renforcement de ses capacités opérationnelles, la Direction des Solutions Logistiques d'AGL CI recherche un Agent Transit chargé d'assurer la gestion et le suivi des opérations de dédouanement des marchandises, dans le respect de la réglementation douanière, des exigences clients et des procédures internes.

À ce titre, l'Agent Transit sera chargé de :

- Collecter, contrôler et vérifier l'ensemble des documents nécessaires aux opérations de transit et de dédouanement ;

- Établir et déposer les déclarations en douane via le système SYDAM World conformément à la réglementation en vigueur ;

- Assurer le suivi des procédures douanières spécifiques (régimes suspensifs, admissions temporaires, entrepôts sous douane, etc.) ;

- Procéder à la liquidation des droits et taxes et veiller à leur règlement dans les délais requis ;

- Assurer l'obtention des mainlevées et coordonner l'enlèvement ou la livraison des marchandises ;

- Suivre l'avancement des dossiers et informer régulièrement les clients sur l'état de leurs opérations ;

- Coordonner les interventions des différents partenaires (transporteurs, manutentionnaires, autorités douanières et autres prestataires) afin de garantir la fluidité des opérations ;

- Gérer les aléas liés aux formalités douanières et mettre en œuvre les actions nécessaires pour limiter les impacts sur les délais de traitement ;

- Traiter les réclamations clients liées aux opérations de transit en collaboration avec les responsables concernés ;

- Établir et contrôler les décomptes de frais, débours et autres coûts associés aux opérations ;
