General:
The Warehouse Manager for Afungi Base, reports to Logistics Manager and he is responsible for the effective management, control, and optimization of warehouse operations at the Afungi base. The role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant handling of materials, equipment, and consumables in support of operational and project requirements

Detail of the specific tasks: 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
•	Plan, organize, and oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch of materials.
•	Ensure proper layout, labeling, and storage methods to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
•	Maintain accurate stock control and inventory records using ERP or warehouse management systems.
•	Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with procurement, transport, and operations teams.
•	Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment in line with operational demands.
•	Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and audits; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
•	Control obsolete, slow-moving, or damaged stock in accordance with company procedures.
•	Ensure full compliance with HSSE policies, procedures, and local regulations.
•	Promote a strong safety culture within the warehouse team.
•	Ensure safe handling of hazardous materials and proper use of PPE.
•	Maintain warehouse security and prevent loss, damage, or theft of materials.
•	Supervise, train, and develop warehouse personnel, including storekeepers and forklift operators.
•	Allocate tasks, manage work schedules, and monitor performance.
•	Ensure discipline and compliance with company rules and procedures.
•	Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, warehouse performance, and key KPIs.
•	Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
•	Support internal and external audits related to warehouse operations.

Qualifications &amp; Experience:
•	Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
•	Minimum of 5–8 years' experience in warehouse management, preferably in a remote or project-based environment.
•	Proven experience managing large inventories and teams.
•	Experience in industrial, construction, mining, or oil &amp; gas environments is an advantage.
•	Knowleadge of QHSE procedures.

Skills &amp; Competencies
•	Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control best practices.
•	Familiar with the Oil &amp; Gas sector.
•	Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP or equivalent).
•	Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
•	Ability to work under pressure and meet tight operational deadlines.
•	High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
•	Proficiency in English; Portuguese is a strong advantage.

Experience Requirements:
•	3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
•	Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role is highly desirable.
•	Experience with inventory control, shipping/receiving, and safety procedures.

Working Conditions
•	The position is based at Afungi Base, with the possibility of extended working hours depending on operational requirements.
•	B/B rotational regime (28 days on duty followed by 28 days off duty).
•	Flight tickets to and from Afungi will be covered by the Client.
•	Transport, accommodation and meals on site will be provided and covered by the Client.
•	The employee is required to comply with and follow all Client procedures and regulations while on site.

1. Customs Clearance &amp; Compliance

Monitor documentation, and approvals specific to SEZ operations.

2. Documentation Management
File management in SPOT
Verify and process shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BOE, Shipping Bills, etc.).
Ensure accurate filing of import/export declarations.
Maintain proper records for audits and compliance checks.
Coordinate with Custom House Agent for timely documentation.

3. Operations &amp; Cargo Handling
Coordinate with warehouse teams for receiving, storage, and dispatch.
Ensure minimal dwell time and avoid demurrage/detention charges.
Monitor cargo tracking and update stakeholders on status.

4. Coordination &amp; Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, shipping lines, and airlines.
Ensure timely communication on shipment updates and issues.
Proactive communication with customers and internal stake holders for service delivery and improvements.

5. Team Supervision
Supervise IFFO and support teams.
Allocate tasks and monitor performance.
Ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

6. Reporting &amp; MIS
Prepare daily/weekly shipment reports and KPI dashboards.
Track clearance timelines, delays, and compliance issues.
Provide operational insights to management.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
•	Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.

Objective:

•	Implement and ensure effective execution of the open yard and repository policies

Le Chef du Département Développement Commercial &amp; Relations Clients est responsable de la prospection, de la négociation et de la gestion de la relation investisseurs au sein de la ZIIPK.

Responsabilités principales 
Développement commercial
-	Élaborer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de prospection sectorielle.
-	Identifier et cibler les investisseurs nationaux et internationaux.
-	Conduire les négociations commerciales et préparer les conventions d'occupation (AOT).
-	Piloter le pipeline commercial et assurer la mise à jour du CRM.
Gestion du guichet unique
-	Superviser la réception et le traitement des demandes investisseurs.
-	Assurer l'accompagnement administratif et institutionnel des entreprises.
-	Coordonner les interfaces avec Direction des Opérations, Direction des Aménagements, Direction Financière et administrations sectorielles.
-	Veiller à la réduction des délais de traitement des dossiers.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Stores Clerk to join our dynamic transportation team. The Stores Clerk will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring proper stock levels, and maintaining efficient store operations to support the company's logistics and transportation activities&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

General Responsibilities 
•	Capturing the Workshop Job cards/ breakdown job cards for incidents.
•	Printing and issuing of job cards. 
•	Capturing stores transactions on Syspro 
•	Raising of Precoro &amp; receiving of all local purchases &amp; documentation. 
•	Writing out of all petty cash requests / purchase requests. 
•	Documenting inter-depot transfers of inventory
Spares 
•	Tracking cardex cards back to shelfs. 
•	Collecting and issuing of spares at the stores hatch. 
•	Ensure that all old spares are returned &amp; last fitted date communicated.
•	Ensure that all new spares issued are engraved accordingly. 
•	Manages inventory of reclaimed spares from trailer brake repairs/ bonding, R&amp;R spares, diesel tank repairs, second hand spares from stores to scrap, export of spares crates and all issues of hand tools. 

Reporting and Housekeeping 
•	Reporting on reasons for any delays and report to HR if the cause is driver related. 
•	Ensure housekeeping is up to standard for the store area. 
•	Regular cleaning and tiding up of the stores area 
•	Report any incident, accidents and spillages in the yard immediately. 

QHSE 
•	Ensure all QHSE requirements are adhered too and relevant policies and procedures are followed 
•	Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the departmental and company procedure manual. 
•	Ensure that I understand the Rules and Regulations of all statutory bodies 
•	Ensure that the Zalawi Principals are adhered to. 
•	Assist in maintaining accreditation of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ISO 9001:2015 standard, by monitoring QMS procedures applicable to your department, challenging inefficiencies and working with the team and management to initiate changes to procedure and documentation where required. 

•	Comply with Zalawi Policies and Procedure ensuring all work undertaken complies with the QMS requirements set out by the organisation.


Minimum Education, Experience Requirements &amp; Core Competencies: 
•	Diploma is stores Management/supply chain management or any other related field. 
•	Communication and interpersonal skills

Job Purpose:

Key Performance Areas 
Compliance &amp; Safety
•	Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with South African Occupational Health and Safety Act regulations and requirements including food safety regulations.
