JOB FUNCTION &amp; KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Based at the AGL Expertise Center Kigali, you will join the Digital Department as a Change Management Assistant.

Your mission will be to support change management initiatives and help drive the adoption of digital tools across AGL.

As part of the Change team, your main responsibilities will include:

Deployment and change management support on digital tools
•	Contribute to building and deploying the Change strategy across the AGL Group
•	Create training materials (guides, tutorials, videos, etc.) 
•	Raise awareness and train users on new practices &amp; solutions
•	Facilitate ambassador and relay communities across digital tools
•	Monitor new digital trends
•	Work with support teams to resolve issues and track user requests
Internal Communication

PROFILE
EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 
•	Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Change Management, Digital Transformation, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
•	Minimum 2 years of experience in change management, digital transformation, training, internal communication, user adoption, or related fields.
•	Experience in preparing and deploying training materials, communication campaigns, user guides, tutorials, or awareness content.
•	Previous exposure to multinational, multi-site, or multicultural environments is a strong advantage.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
•	Strong proficiency in creating clear, engaging and user-friendly training materials, communication supports, presentations, tutorials, guides, and videos.
•	Good understanding of digital tools, collaboration platforms, and user adoption challenges in a corporate environment.

Administration et gestion des accès

Within AGL's IT Department, attached to the Freight Forwarding &amp; Transit department, we are recruiting for a permanent contract a Product Owner - RUN to join the team Connect Logistics. 

•	Expand its scope functionally, 
•	Become a central component of the Transit &amp; ecosystem Freight Forwarding, orchestrating data exchanges between logistics applications and ensuring the reliability of shared information. 

Under the responsibility of the project manager Connect Logistics, you will be responsible for the management and evolution of the product in the operational phase. You will monitor the stability, the performance and the user satisfaction ensuring that incidents, change requests and improvements coming from RUN perimeter are properly prioritized and integrated into the product roadmap.

MAIN MISSIONS 

As a Product Owner - RUN, you will work on the entire processing chain, from the reception of operational data to their delivery to clients. 

Your missions: 

Run &amp; backlog management
•	Oversee the proper operation of the solution and ensure the continuity of service
•	Maintain a backlog clear and prioritized dedicated to run (fixes, minor evolutions, technical debt)
•	Coordinate end-to-end incident management with the different support levels and the Front client solution vendor. 
•	Guarantee compliance with service commitments and the quality of support. 
•	Analyze, prioritize incidents and provide Level 3 functional support, including root cause analysis.
•	Translate operational needs into user stories for the dev teams
•	Alignment with the PO Build to produce a common roadmap Build+Run realistic
•	Gather evolution requests coming from Live and track end-to-end change requests (specifications, implementation, tests, validation, communication &amp; hypercare)

Continuous improvement of support
•	Identify the root causes of recurring incidents and propose sustainable solutions
•	Monitor and analyze KPIs (incident volume, recurrence rate, user satisfaction)
•	Ensure the upskilling of Level 1 and Level 2 support teams through the documentation of remediation procedures and training. 

Testing and acceptance processes
•	Actively participate in testing the enhancements delivered by the Build team. 
•	Propose improvements to the testing strategy and contribute to its documentation. 
•	Independently perform end-to-end testing related to Run changes.

Coordination and communication
•	Act as a point of contact between support, users, transversal solutions' owners and developers
•	Communicate progress, impacts, and prioritization of run topics to the project team and to all the internal stakeholders

EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

•	Master's degree in computer science (engineering school, university, or equivalent). 
•	Proven experience (5 years - after graduation) in Product Ownership or in application management (Run/Build), ideally in environments integrating a bus exchange or middleware solutions. 
•	Strong data-oriented Product Owner / Business Analyst experience: data mapping, data modeling, and ensuring consistency across systems with different data structures. 
•	Solid understanding of data flows and integration mechanisms: exchange structures, control and routing data, and reconciliation logic (ensuring 1:1 data alignment across systems). 
•	Experience in data-driven projects: ability to work across multiple systems, understand data transformations, and bridge functional and technical teams.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

JOB DESCRIPTION 

the Junior Motion Designer contributes to the design and production of animated content for the Group's digital and corporate platforms. 
Working closely with the Audiovisual Production &amp; Editing Officer, he/she helps enhance the impact and attractiveness of AGL's video content through creativity while respecting graphic and technical standards. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Design &amp; Creation 
• Create 2D animations (motion design, animated typography, video graphics packages, transitions). 
• Adapt existing brand guidelines into animated formats. 
• Contribute to creative thinking during briefs (storyboards, visual concepts, pacing). 

Production &amp; Integration 
• Produce video graphic elements (lower thirds, intros/outros, bumpers, animated jingles). 
• Integrate animations into video edits produced by the Audiovisual Production &amp; Editing Officer. 
• Adapt content for different formats and platforms (social media, corporate, events). 

Quality &amp; Graphic Standards 
• Ensure compliance with technical best practices (formats, resolutions, optimized exports). 
• Contribute to structuring and continuously improving the Studio's animated templates. 

Collaboration 
• Work closely with the Audiovisual Production &amp; Editing Officer. 
• Participate in project briefings and progress meetings. 
• Proactively suggest ideas while adhering to defined creative directions &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
KEY REQUIREMENTS 

• Diploma (Bac+2 to Bac+3) in Motion Design, Audiovisual Production, Graphic Design, or related field. 
• Initial experience (internship, apprenticeship, or up to 1–2 years) in motion design. 
• Portfolio demonstrating creativity, strong visual sense, and understanding of corporate design codes. 
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop). 
• Good understanding of pacing, visual storytelling, and motion design principles. 
• Knowledge of digital formats and social media constraints.

Le Chef de la Cellule Systèmes d'Information et Digitalisation est responsable de la définition, de la mise en œuvre et de la gouvernance des systèmes d'information ainsi que de la stratégie de digitalisation de KPIZ.

Il assure la fiabilité, la sécurité et l'évolutivité de l'infrastructure IT de la Société de Projet, soutient l'efficacité opérationnelle par la digitalisation des processus et garantit une gouvernance rigoureuse des données dans un environnement de partenariat public-privé.

Le Chef de Cellule est rattaché au Directeur Général et travaille en étroite coordination avec le Directeur Financier, le Directeur des Opérations et les autres responsables de cellules.

Responsabilités principales 
Stratégie IT et digitalisation 
-	Contribuer à la définition et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie IT et digitale de KPIZ, en cohérence avec le business plan approuvé ; 
-	Élaborer et déployer le schéma directeur des systèmes d'information, en assurant son évolutivité au fur et à mesure du développement de la zone ; 
-	Identifier et mettre en œuvre des solutions digitales favorisant l'efficacité opérationnelle, la qualité du reporting et les services aux investisseurs ; 
-	Piloter les initiatives de transformation digitale à l'échelle de l'organisation.
Infrastructure et continuité des systèmes 
-	Superviser le déploiement, l'exploitation et la maintenance de l'infrastructure informatique (réseaux, serveurs, cloud, connectivité) ; 
-	Garantir la disponibilité, la fiabilité et la continuité d'activité des systèmes d'information ;
-	Mettre en place un dispositif structuré de cybersécurité et de gestion des risques IT.
-	Superviser les prestataires IT et les fournisseurs de solutions technologiques.
Applications métiers et intégration des systèmes 
-	Mettre en place et administrer les systèmes structurants (ERP, outils financiers, RH, outils opérationnels), en coordination avec les directions concernées ; 
-	Accompagner l'automatisation des processus clés (marchés, reporting, tableaux de bord de performance, onboarding investisseurs, etc.) ; 
-	Garantir l'interopérabilité des systèmes et la cohérence des données entre les différentes fonctions ; 
-	Superviser le développement ou la mise en place de plateformes digitales à destination des investisseurs et occupants de la zone.
Gouvernance des données et Cybersécurité 
-	Définir et mettre en œuvre les politiques de gouvernance des données.
-	Assurer l'intégrité, la confidentialité et la traçabilité des informations.
-	Définir les protocoles de gestion des accès et des habilitations.
-	Mettre en place des dispositifs de prévention et de réponse aux incidents de sécurité.
-	Veiller au respect des réglementations applicables en matière de protection des données.
Gouvernance &amp; Reporting
-	Élaborer les politiques, procédures et contrôles internes relatifs aux systèmes d'information ; 
-	Contribuer aux reportings exécutifs et aux documents destinés au Conseil d'Administration su&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Profil requis 
-	Diplôme supérieur en Systèmes d'Information, Informatique, Ingénierie ou domaine équivalent ; 
-	Minimum 10 ans d'expérience en management IT, idéalement dans des environnements d'infrastructure, industriels ou projets structurants ; 
-	Expérience avérée en gouvernance IT, cybersécurité et transformation digitale ;

Sous la conduite du Directeur Technique, vous interviendrez sur la fiabilité, la disponibilité et la performance des plateformes critiques hébergées sur Azure. Vous apporterez votre expertise senior sur les incidents majeurs et les problématiques d'exploitations les plus sensibles et contribuerez à l'optimisation continue des environnements de production et des pratiques SRE du groupe.

Vos principales attributions :
-	Garantir la haute disponibilité des services critiques hébergés sur Azure ;
-	Assurer le respect des SLA / SLO / SLI ;
-	Fournir le support de niveau 3 sur les incidents complexes et pilotage des P1/P2 ;
-	Participer aux astreintes 24/7 (rotation organisée) ;
-	Prendre en charge les incidents via Service Now ;
-	Réaliser les analyses de causes racines (RCA) et post-mortem ;
-	Contribuer aux processus ITIL et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives durables ;
-	Concevoir et maintenir les dispositifs de : Monitoring, alerting, tableaux de bord et définir des alertes orientées impact métier ;

Qualification et Expérience
- De formation supérieure Bac+5 en informatique, ingénierie ou dans un domaine équivalent, vous justifiez de 7 années ou plus d'expérience en exploitation IT / Support Technique de production ;
- Vous avez une forte expertise des environnements Azure et une solide maîtrise de Linux et Windows Server ;
- Vous avez une connaissance certifiée en gestion des incidents critiques ;
- Vous avez une forte expertise en monitoring : observabilité (Datadog) ;
- Vous évoluerez dans un contexte international, la maîtrise de l'anglais, écrite et orale, est indispensable ;
- Une connaissance sur les Scripting, MS-SQL, Oracle, NetScaler, Fortinet, Aruba, environnement IBM i, Ansible -- Automation Platform et Administration Microsoft 365 sera considérée comme un réel atout ;
