•	Suivi des plans de maintenance des locomotives et wagons (fiabilité, disponibilité, analyse de pannes)
-Suivi et pilotage des KPI maintenance (planning, financier)
-S'assurer de la bonne réalisation des plans de maintenance
•	Contribution à la sécurisation des approvisionnements 
-Suivi des pièces stratégiques
-Sourcing et qualification de nouveaux fournisseurs pour le scope technique
-Identification des OEM 
-Validation technique des achats stratégiques
•	Support ingénierie maintenance
-Analyse des données (Power BI, Maximo) 
-Suivi de la fiabilité et la disponibilité du matériel
-Analyse des pannes
-Etude de maintenance
-Gestion de flotte

•	Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'(une école d'Ingénieur ou Equivalent (génie industriel, transport, mécanique, ferroviaire).
•	Vous justifiez d'une première expérience dans le secteur ferroviaire (stage et alternance compris), notamment sur la maintenance ou le revamping ou la valorisation de matériel roulant.
•	Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, rigueur, curiosité, autonomie.
•	Un nivau d'anglais professionnel est indispensable pour ce poste (B2-C1)

Dans le cadre du renforcement de nos activités d'exploitation portuaire, nous recherchons un(e) Coordinateur(trice) Control Room chargé(e) d'assurer la coordination et le pilotage des opérations du terminal depuis la salle de contrôle.
 Le titulaire du poste contribue activement à l'atteinte des objectifs opérationnels, à l'optimisation des performances et à la coordination des équipes de planification.

Missions principales

Sous la supervision du Planning Manager, vous aurez pour principales responsabilités de :

- Coordination et supervision des opérations
- Superviser les opérations en temps réel en collaboration avec le Responsable de Shift.
- Veiller à la bonne exécution et à la correcte comptabilisation des transactions opérationnelles.
- Identifier les dysfonctionnements, analyser leurs causes et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives nécessaires.
- Garantir le respect des plans opérationnels établis et assurer les ajustements requis en cas d'aléas.
- Anticiper les difficultés opérationnelles afin de limiter leur impact sur la performance du terminal.
- Assurer une transition efficace entre les équipes lors des changements de shift.

Communication et reporting :

- Assurer une communication fluide avec les responsables opérationnels et de planification.
- Partager les informations relatives aux opérations navires et parc avec l'ensemble des équipes concernées.
- Produire les rapports d'activité et de performance quotidiens, hebdomadaires, mensuels et annuels.

-Support opérationnel et relation clients :

- Agir comme expert du Terminal Operating System (TOS) et assurer un support de premier niveau aux équipes de la Control Room.
- Être l'interlocuteur privilégié des compagnies maritimes, agents et clients stratégiques durant votre shift.
- Assurer une communication régulière sur l'avancement des opérations navires afin de garantir un haut niveau de satisfaction client.

Indicateurs de performance

Vous contribuerez à l'atteinte des objectifs de performance du terminal notamment :

- GMPH (Gross Moves Per Hour)
- BMPH (Berth Moves Per Hour)
- TTT (Truck Turn-Round Time)
- Zéro accident avec arrêt de travail (LTA/LTI&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Formation et expérience :

- Bac+4/5 en Logistique, Transport, Génie Industriel, Gestion des Opérations ou discipline similaire.
- Expérience significative dans les opérations portuaires, la planification ou la gestion d'activités logistiques à forte intensité opérationnelle.
- Une expérience en salle de contrôle ou environnement portuaire constitue un atout majeur.

Compétences techniques :

- Bonne compréhension des opérations terminales et de la chaîne logistique.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des systèmes de gestion des opérations (TOS).
- Solides capacités d'analyse, de reporting et de résolution de problèmes.

MISSIONS

La direction juridique de Africa Global Logistics recherche un/une stagiaire en droit des transports / droit maritime (niveau M2 ou LLM) pour un stage de 6 mois. 

Vous assisterez les membres de l'équipe sur leurs dossiers, notamment Portuaires, Ferroviaires et Maritimes, non seulement en droit public, mais également dans les autres matières de droit concernées (droit de la construction, droit bancaire, droit commercial, droit des sociétés, contentieux et arbitrage etc.) et aurez notamment pour missions : 

Assister les juristes dans la rédaction et la révision de contrats liés au droit des transports (contrat de manutention portuaire, contrat de transport routier, ferroviaire, maritime, contrat de commission de transport, etc.) et accords de partenariats commerciaux. Effectuer des recherches juridiques sur des questions relatives au droit des transports (maritime, ferroviaire, logistique internationale, etc.), aux régulations internationales et aux conventions maritimes. 

Contribuer à l'analyse des risques juridiques et des opportunités liées aux projets logistiques. 

Participer au suivi et à la gestion des contentieux et des litiges. 

Suivre les évolutions législatives et réglementaires relatives au droit des transports. 

Apporter un soutien administratif et juridique dans la gestion des dossiers du département.

Rattaché(e) au Directeur d'Exploitation, vous aurez pour mission de piloter les démarches d'amélioration continue afin d'optimiser les processus internes, améliorer l'expérience client et renforcer la performance opérationnelle de l'entreprise.

Vos principales missions

Analyse et optimisation des processus :

- Cartographier les processus métiers et opérationnels.
- Identifier les dysfonctionnements, goulots d'étranglement et activités sans valeur ajoutée.
- Proposer et déployer des solutions d'amélioration basées sur les méthodologies Lean et Kaizen.
- Mettre en œuvre des plans d'actions et mesurer les gains obtenus en termes de qualité, coûts et délais.

Amélioration de la satisfaction client :

- Collecter et analyser les retours clients, réclamations et enquêtes de satisfaction.

MISSION:

La Direction juridique d'Africa Global Logistics recherche un/une Juriste Senior PPP / Concessions / Project Finance pour renforcer ses équipes sur des projets d'infrastructure et de services, en particulier en Afrique.

- Cartographie des risques et préparation des livrables de décision (notes de risques, matrices de conformité, stratégies de négociation)
- Négociation avec autorités concédantes et partenaires.


2) Contractualisation

- Rédaction et négociation de contrats de concession/PPP et documents connexes (avenants, protocoles, interfaces, foncier/autorisation selon projets) ;
- Rédaction et négociation des contrats de projets /exploitation (EPC/D&amp;B, O&amp;M, services, supply, direct agreements) ;
- Intervention directe sur la documentation de financement (term sheets, facility/common terms, sûretés, accounts, intercreditor le cas échéant) ;
- Suivi des conditions suspensives et coordination des closings, en lien avec les conseils.


3) Suivi de l'exécution des concessions

- Assurer le contrôle juridique et opérationnel de l'exécution des contrats de concession.
- Vérifier le respect des obligations contractuelles, techniques et financières du concessionnaire.
- Analyser les rapports d'activité, indicateurs de performance et proposer des mesures correctives.
- Préparer les avenants nécessaires et contribuer à la résolution des écarts ou litiges potentiels.
- Participer aux comités de suivi et garantir la traçabilité documentaire de l'exécution.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
CAPA, complétée idéalement par une qualification en droit anglais (England &amp; Wales) ou une pratique confirmée du droit anglais appliquée aux transactions financement / infrastructures, avec une excellente maîtrise du drafting et de la négociation.

Formation supérieure en droit des affaires, droit public des affaires, contrats ou financement.

Expérience significative (≥5 ans) en PPP, concessions ou projets d'infrastructure, incluant une exposition réelle aux enjeux de bancabilité et à la documentation de financement (expérience en entreprise, fonds infra ou cabinet).

1.	Ensure and check all the gate passes have the necessary and valid documentation and are aligned with the laid down procedures for gate pass processing when received from the gate pass clerk; including but not restricted to
-Ensure consignment has been correctly charged with the correct tariff and the correct parameters.
-Ensure all invoices are current and are properly receipted.
-Valid delivery order [Date and signatory]
-valid port pass
-Management approvals where required [eg credit facility]
-Ensure all documentation linked to the consignment is part of the gate pass.
2.	Ensure that goods are released to the correct parties and with the proper documentation
3.	Enable to upload and print gate passes if required
4.	Follow up and ensure manual gate passes have been closed in a timely manner
5.	Follow up on payments and closure of files that have credit facility
6.	Follow up with internal and external clients to ensure that issues concerned with gate passes are dealt, with minimum interruption to the client.
7.	Escalate to the management in the event there is any issue from the gate pass that may negatively impact the gate pass process/team.
8.	Follow up to ensure that complete gate passes are sent to the archives in a timely manner.
9.	Work with the gate pass team to always ensure smooth flow of work.
10.	Upon advise, signing off on gate pass in the absence of the Assistant manager customer service and documentation, and also the Yard Manger.
11.	Any other duties as directed by the management.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related field.
3 years' experience in a similar role.
Experience in KWATOS will be an added advantage

	Ensure proper planning of the human resource in yard to ensure operations do not suffer due to lack of personnel.
	Submitting of all yard operations/performance report everyday by close of the business.
	Liaise with port supervisor to ensure that all dispatched units are received in yard.
	Confirm that all documentation for the released units meet the threshold set by MCT management.
	Ensure all units received from port with issues like i.e. dents, damages missing items anomalies are well documented and escalated to the management highlighting the same for action.
	Assist yard manager in yard operations while off duty or leave.
	Examine release documents (gate passes) genuine/valid by checking in the system.
	Provide yard factual reports of 24hrs operations.
	Updating units received / delivered / verified through email in hourly and daily.
	Participate in any other duties that shall be reasonably assigned by management from time to time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1.) Bachelors' Degree/Diploma in Port Operations Management/Transport and Logistics Management or related field.

Description:

Oversee and analyse the performance of logistics and supply chain services for global and key accounts across Africa. Ensure delivery meets contractual commitments, compliance with client requirements, and drive continuous quality improvement through centralised reporting and performance management.

Objectives:
- Analyse service performance against targets, identify root causes of failures, and 
 assign responsibility (Internal, Client, or third parties). 
-Develop and share performance dashboards (monthly/quarterly), ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients and internal stakeholders. 
- Investigate and challenge reasons for performance failures to ensure 
 transparency and objectivity. 
- Create and implement relevant KPIs tailored to client industries and contractual 
 obligations. 
- Collaborate with local and regional teams to harmonise automated reporting 
 across countries. 
- Work with heads of Vertical Markets (VM) and Regional Account Managers (RAM)
