O Supervisor do Estaleiro é responsavél por assegurar a supervisão completa das atividades do estaleiro da PTS, de todos os aspetos operacionais, garantindo a execução segura e eficiente dos trabalhos, dentro dos prazos estabelecidos e do orçamento aprovado.

•	Supervisionar as operações diárias do pátio de acordo com as prioridades do cliente, incluindo a verificação rigorosa do tráfego de entrada e saída (equipamentos, mercadorias, pessoal e veículos).
•	Supervisionar o pessoal do pátio em coordenação com o Departamento de Recursos Humanos as actividades de integração, formação, desenvolvimento e o cumprimento dos padrões da empresa.
•	Assegurar o cumprimento dos requisitos de HSE/QHSE nas operações, apoiando as atividades de segurança, Toolbox Talks e demais iniciativas coordenadas pelo Gestor de HSE.
•	Supervisionar as operações do estaleiro e do cais, assegurando que o estacionamento de camiões, o acoplamento e desacoplamento de reboques sejam realizados atempadamente, de acordo com os procedimentos de HSE e com eficiência de custos.
•	Garantir que os locais de trabalho, equipamentos, materiais e veículos sejam mantidos em condições seguras, assegurando a realização das inspeções e manutenções necessárias.
•	Assegurar a organização, limpeza e manutenção geral do pátio, promovendo um ambiente de trabalho seguro e um serviço de excelência ao cliente.
•	Processar recibos e reportar excessos, faltas ou danos de materiais e mercadorias.
•	Prevenir a ocorrência de problemas técnicos através da monitorização contínua das operações.
•	Supervisor as operações de abastecimento de combustível e aprovar guias e comprovativos.
•	Apoiar às atividades de HSE em coordenação com o Gestor de HSE.
•	Supervisionar os inventários físicos e informatizados, assegurando a exatidão da documentação, a atualização dos sistemas e o registo correto de todos os movimentos de stock.

•	Licenciatura em Logística, Engenharia Industrial, Supply Chain, Gestão ou áreas afins;
•	Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em funções de supervisão em operações logísticas portuárias ou no setor de logística, petróleo e gás (Oil &amp; Gas).
•	Experiência prática e conhecimentos de procedimentos de carga, descarga e movimentação de mercadorias.
•	Proficiência em ferramentas informáticos (Microsoft Office) incluido WMS e ERPs;
•	Capacidade de tomar decisões de forma autónoma e liderar equipas em ambiente operacional.
•	Fluência em Português e capacidade funcional de comunicação em Inglês.
•	Excelentes habilidades de coordenação de equipas;

MISSION:

La Direction juridique d'Africa Global Logistics recherche un/une Juriste Senior PPP / Concessions / Project Finance pour renforcer ses équipes sur des projets d'infrastructure et de services, en particulier en Afrique.

Au sein de la Direction juridique, en interaction étroite avec les équipes Développement/Investissements, Finance/Trésorerie, Opérations et les équipes pays, vous interviendrez notamment dans le cadre de :

1) Développement / appels d'offres PPP – concessions:

- Analyse juridique des dossiers d'appel d'offres (projets de contrats, annexes techniques, exigences de performance, mécanismes tarifaires /availability, security package) ;
- Cartographie des risques et préparation des livrables de décision (notes de risques, matrices de conformité, stratégies de négociation)
- Négociation avec autorités concédantes et partenaires.


2) Contractualisation

- Rédaction et négociation de contrats de concession/PPP et documents connexes (avenants, protocoles, interfaces, foncier/autorisation selon projets) ;
- Rédaction et négociation des contrats de projets /exploitation (EPC/D&amp;B, O&amp;M, services, supply, direct agreements) ;
- Intervention directe sur la documentation de financement (term sheets, facility/common terms, sûretés, accounts, intercreditor le cas échéant) ;
- Suivi des conditions suspensives et coordination des closings, en lien avec les conseils.


3) Suivi de l'exécution des concessions

- Assurer le contrôle juridique et opérationnel de l'exécution des contrats de concession.
- Vérifier le respect des obligations contractuelles, techniques et financières du concessionnaire.
- Analyser les rapports d'activité, indicateurs de performance et proposer des mesures correctives.
- Préparer les avenants nécessaires et contribuer à la résolution des écarts ou litiges potentiels.
- Participer aux comités de suivi et garantir la traçabilité documentaire de l'exécution.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
CAPA, complétée idéalement par une qualification en droit anglais (England &amp; Wales) ou une pratique confirmée du droit anglais appliquée aux transactions financement / infrastructures, avec une excellente maîtrise du drafting et de la négociation.

Formation supérieure en droit des affaires, droit public des affaires, contrats ou financement.

Expérience significative (≥5 ans) en PPP, concessions ou projets d'infrastructure, incluant une exposition réelle aux enjeux de bancabilité et à la documentation de financement (expérience en entreprise, fonds infra ou cabinet).

Intérêt marqué pour l'Afrique et les environnements multi‑juridictions : sens du terrain, approche pragmatique, bonne compréhension des risques pays (convertibilité/transfert, change in law, enforceability, gouvernance).

Anglais courant, y compris en rédaction juridique et en négociation.

 Ensure that materials at the Factory Kanbans do not exceed the required 
Kanban levels and that materials delivered are for the specific module. 
 Act as liaison between WMS/Palletizing departments and Production (SMD and 
PMD) teams. 
 Ensure data clerks accurately manage inventory through stock checks, audits, 
and cycle counts following company procedures. 
 Provide timely and accurate daily reports, such as cycle counts, production 
reports, and others, to maintain proper internal reporting and track materials 
movements. 
 Participate in mid and end-month stock taking activities. 
 Communicate effectively and efficiently with factory and warehouse personnel 
to ensure accurate data capture and timely resolution of issues. 
 Monitor performance and ensure operations are being done safely. 
 Ensuring that ODS housekeeping is always on point following the 5S technique. 
 Ensure daily Pulsar observation is done. 
 Conduct daily toolbox meetings to communicate goals, objectives, and 
performance expectations and that sign offs for the same are done. 
Documentation: 
 Ensure that detailed records of all documentation books at ODS have been 
done with real-time accuracy.

General:

Detail of the specific tasks: 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

•	Maintain accurate stock control and inventory records using ERP or warehouse management systems.

•	Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and audits; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
•	Control obsolete, slow-moving, or damaged stock in accordance with company procedures.
•	Ensure full compliance with HSSE policies, procedures, and local regulations.
•	Promote a strong safety culture within the warehouse team.
•	Ensure safe handling of hazardous materials and proper use of PPE.
•	Maintain warehouse security and prevent loss, damage, or theft of materials.
•	Supervise, train, and develop warehouse personnel, including storekeepers and forklift operators.
•	Allocate tasks, manage work schedules, and monitor performance.

Qualifications &amp; Experience:

•	Experience in industrial, construction, mining, or oil &amp; gas environments is an advantage.
•	Knowleadge of QHSE procedures.

Skills &amp; Competencies
•	Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control best practices.
•	Familiar with the Oil &amp; Gas sector.
•	Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP or equivalent).
•	Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
•	Ability to work under pressure and meet tight operational deadlines.
•	High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
•	Proficiency in English; Portuguese is a strong advantage.

Experience Requirements:
•	3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.

Working Conditions
•	The position is based at Afungi Base, with the possibility of extended working hours depending on operational requirements.
•	B/B rotational regime (28 days on duty followed by 28 days off duty).

Monitor cargo tracking and update stakeholders on status.

4. Coordination &amp; Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, shipping lines, and airlines.

Proactive communication with customers and internal stake holders for service delivery and improvements.

5. Team Supervision
Supervise IFFO and support teams.
Allocate tasks and monitor performance.

Key Responsibilities:

•	Provide Management of day-to-day outdoor and indoor operations according to Company's policies and given Contract Logistics priorities, including accurate checking of the incoming/outgoing traffic (equipment, freight, vehicles).
•	Implement and ensure effective execution of the open yard and repository policies
•	Ensure coordination of loading/unloading/stuffing/unstuffing operations with strict follow-up of lifting and security procedures in place.
•	Ensure cargo inspection is performed systematically and damages reported immediately on the relevant communication platforms.
•	Supervise and follow up inventories and computerized inventory management. Maintain database and provide accurate recording of stock movements.
•	Manage Staff in co-ordination with Company's HR Department: Hiring, training, developing and supervising staff to meet company standards
•	Ensure that sites, equipment, material, and vehicles are maintained in a safe condition and are regularly serviced.
•	Ensure stock control of consumable materials including PPE and alert on shortage. 
•	Alert Company's Management in case of significant operational issue (with impact on safety and/or quality of service).
•	Oversee the organization of the tool-box meeting and team briefings
•	Ensure site maintenance issues are reported and that remedial actions are implemented.
•	Identify operational risks and/or bottle necks and provide risks assessments and process improvement report
•	Establish regular activity reporting in line with client and Management instructions
•	Manage KPI meetings with clients and reporting&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Education	
•	Post-Graduate qualification – MBA, Enterprise Management, Logistics, or an 
 equivalent

Experience	
•	At least 10 years' experience in Logistics

Key Operations
•	Allocate equipment, warehouse space and personnel in accordance with warehouse managers'

Documentation
•	Ensure that warehouse staff archives documentation correctly and in a timely manner.
•	Counter sign all stack cards, tally sheets and stock take sheets to ensure stock accuracy.
•	Maintain catalogue of all items with dimensions available from warehouse.
Reporting
•	Provide reports as per warehouse manager /clients requirements.
•	Process receiving, discrepancy, and damage reports as needed.

Personnel
•	Supervise permanent and casual staff in the warehouse to ensure their job activities are performed correctly.

Other
•	Ensure warehouse cleanliness and that warehouse-cleaning roster is up to date all times.

•	To Support the QHSE Manager in the development, piloting, and implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and initiatives on AGL Uganda sites, while proactively promoting and strengthening QHSE awareness and safe work behavior among all employees daily.

•	Coordinate the safe movement of materials, cargo, equipment, and all related on‑site operations, including activities involving suppliers, contractors, and service providers
•	Develop and oversee lifting plans for all lifting operations in accordance with applicable LOLER/BS/ISO lifting standards, working closely with the competent lifting personnel to ensure safe, compliant, and well-coordinated lifting activities across all operational sites
•	Inspect all lifting accessories to ensure that they meet the required AGL standards prior to lifting.
•	Provide oversight and guidance to site supervisors, operators, and drivers to enforce adherence to QHSE operational standards and safe work practices.
•	Conduct pre-operational and on-going activities risk assessments on new sites and design risk mitigation measures 
•	Monitor sub-contractors and ensure compliance to AGL Group HSE standards
•	Ensure weekly inspections are carried out at all sites and a report made on the same
•	Provide HSE improvement proposals stating: the non-conformance, proposed corrective action, required resources for corrective action and plan of implementation. 
•	Investigate the root cause QHSE complaints put forward by staff members, customers, clients, and contractors and log them into the near miss app or progress as well escalate report the results to the QHSE manager.
•	Audit all work activities conducted under a Safe Work Permit to verify compliance with permit conditions, safety requirements, and approved control measures.
•	Review and analyse all accidents and near‑miss incidents, identify root causes, recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions, and submit detailed investigation reports to the QHSE Manager. 
•	Conduct the regular inspection of firefighting, safety and emergency response equipment including First Aid Kits as well as conduct quarterly drills to familiarize staff with site ERP procedures. Maintains records of such drills, providing recommendations for emergency response improvements.

•	Conduct regular inspections of all firefighting, safety, and emergency response equipment and lead quarterly emergency drills to ensure staff are fully familiar with site Emergency Response Procedures.
•	Ensure that new staff, operations employees, contractors, and site visitors receive HSE inductions. 
•	Ability to investigate all accidents using 5 -WHY analysis or Fish bone, document and send reports to the QHSE Manager.
•	Prepare monthly progress reports to line manager incorporating QHSE KPI's
•	Maintain Safety Bulletin Board onsite

•	Bachelor of Science /Environmental science or its equivalent
•	5 years work experience in a similar or related position
