Driver Competency Assessment • Conduct initial, periodic, post-incident and remedial theoretical and practical competency assessments against applicable occupational/unit standards, AGL requirements and approved assessment criteria. • Conduct in-cab/accompanied driving assessments and observations covering vehicle control, road behaviour, hazard perception, defensive driving, route discipline and safe operating practices. • Assess competence for relevant vehicle categories and specialised activities within registered scope; record outcomes and recommend drivers as competent, requiring coaching/reassessment, or not yet competent. • Reassess drivers following serious incidents, repeated unsafe behaviour, significant telematics events or identified competency gaps. • Verify appropriate licence, PrDP, medical fitness and authorisation before practical or in-cab training/assessment and escalate identified gaps. 3. Route Risk and Specialised Transport • Participate with QHSE and Transport Operations in route risk assessments, surveys and route familiarisation for new, changed, high-risk or customer-specific routes. • Identify relevant road, traffic, security, environmental, weather, rest-stop, parking, loading/offloading, border and emergency-response hazards and translate approved controls into driver briefings and training.

Dans un contexte de croissance et de transformation, AGL Côte d'Ivoire renforce sa Division Supply Chain et recrute des Referents D'équipe Logistique Supply Chain chargé de l'exécution physique des opérations selon les procédures mises en place afin d'atteindre les objectifs de performance. À ce titre, il/elle aura pour principales missions de: 1. Organiser et superviser l'activité de l'équipe • Planifier les opérations quotidiennes ; • Répartir les ressources humaines et matérielles ; • Organiser et contrôler le travail des collaborateurs ; • Suivre la performance de l'équipe et faire le reporting en fin de shift • Identifier les besoins en formation et accompagner les collaborateurs. 2. Superviser les opérations logistiques • Réception des marchandises ; • Préparation des commandes ; • Gestion des retours; • Inventaires et contrôles de stocks ; • Contrôle de la conformité entre stock physique et WMS ; • Analyse des dysfonctionnements et suivi des actions correctives. 3. Gérer et optimiser les espaces de stockage • Organiser les emplacements; • Veiller aux respects de la stratégie de stockage; • Contrôler l'étiquetage et la bonne tenue des espaces ; • Suivre les stocks en quarantaine ; • Suivre le taux d'occupation et les palettes; • Organiser les réapprovisionnements et reconditionnements. 4. Suivre la productivité et les engagements clients • Appliquer les SLA définis avec le client; • Suivre les temps de gamme et les objectifs de productivité ; • Identifier les écarts et contribuer à l'amélioration de la performance. 4. Productivité • Connaitre et appliquer les SLA définis avec le client ; • Connaitre ses temps de gammes, les respecter pour chaque opération et les diffuser . 5 . Rôle Food fraud • Contrôler la conformité des produits à la réception (Quantité, étiquetage, température); • Signaler toute incohérence ou suspicion de falsification sur les documents ou les emballages ; • Vérifier la traçabilité et la correspondance entre les bons de livraison et les produits reçus ; • Signaler toute non-conformité ou anomalie liée à la réception ; • Contribuer à l'analyse de vulnérabilité Food Fraud. 6.Activités SST et environnementales • Respecter et veiller au respect des procédures et consignes SSE; • Rendre compte à son supérieur hiérarchique de toute anomalie ou difficulté rencontrée dans son travail ; • S'impliquer activement dans le processus d'amélioration continue de la satisfaction des clients ; • Contrôler le bon état général de fonctionnement des équipements sous sa responsabilité et suivre la maintenance périodique & préventive ; • Assurer l'entretien quotidien (propreté, …) de son lieu de travail.

Formation & Expérience • BAC+2 minimum en Logistique, Transport, Supply Chain, Gestion des stocks ou domaine similaire. • Expérience significative dans dans un environnement logistique, idéalement en entrepôt, distribution ou gestion des stocks. • Une première expérience en animation ou supervision d'équipe est souhaitée. • Bonne connaissance des processus logistiques : réception, stockage, préparation de commandes, expédition et inventaires. • Maîtrise des outils de suivi et de reporting (Excel et/ou WMS). • Capacité à organiser le travail et répartir les tâches au sein de l'équipe. • Capacité à contrôler la qualité et la conformité des opérations. • Bonnes capacités de communication, leadership et gestion des priorités. • Rigueur, réactivité, organisation et sens des responsabilités. • Respect strict des règles QHSE et des procédures internes. Une expérience en tant que Chef d'équipe, Superviseur ou Coordinateur logistique serait un atout.

• Configurer, surveiller et mettre à jour les systèmes OBC installés sur les véhicules. • Superviser l'intégrité des données recueillies (consommation de carburant, temps de conduite, localisations, etc.). • Veiller à la maintenance des équipements embarqués et résoudre les problèmes techniques en collaboration avec les équipes de maintenance. • Analyser les données collectées par les OBC pour identifier les dérives ou améliorations possibles. • Préparer des rapports périodiques sur les performances de la flotte (consommation, kilométrage, respect des règles de conduite). • Proposer des recommandations basées sur les analyses pour optimiser les coûts et la productivité. • Former les conducteurs à l'utilisation des systèmes embarqués et aux bonnes pratiques de conduite éco-responsable. • Sensibiliser les équipes sur l'importance des données pour les opérations et la sécurité. • Assurer le respect des réglementations liées aux systèmes OBC et aux temps de conduite. • Identifier et signaler les infractions ou anomalies liées à l'utilisation des véhicules • Maîtrise des systèmes OBC et des logiciels de gestion de flotte. • Compétences en analyse de données et utilisation d'outils informatiques (Excel, BI, etc.). • Connaissance des réglementations liées aux transports routiers. • Maîtrise des systèmes OBC et des logiciels de gestion de flotte. • Compétences en analyse de données et utilisation d'outils informatiques (Excel, BI, etc.). • Connaissance des réglementations liées aux transports routiers.
