•Ensure that SOPs are applied at each step of the business process.

• Check the file processing progress (each process component must work properly without delay) and ensure that the different process steps are well done from a physical point of view (documentation) or electronic one (step update capture in the business software)
• Assist Operators and other staff members in case of operational issues
• Ensure that files are regularly archived (physically &amp; electronically, once a month at least)
• Implement all necessary actions to improve the quality of processing (process, request for additional resource, computers...)
• Control the quality of formalization &amp; documentation of the files.

Ensure that operations are performed with respect to gross margin &amp; disbursements anticipated when quotations have been issued
•Get to know the exact details of quotations related to operations in progress.
•Select the most adapted means to the operations to be performed, with respect to quotations validated by the client (preferences)
• Validate the supplier invoice file allocations &amp; amounts (submission by Operators)

5. Control the costs of the IFF Unit

General:

3. Inbound &amp; Outbound Control

• Maintain accurate bonded inventory records in real time and reconcile with WMS reports

5. Repackaging &amp; UOM Reconciliation
• Monitor and supervise KRA approvals for repackaging activities.

The C&amp;F Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all clearing and forwarding activities (Import/ Export – Air/Road/Sea) of the SEZ shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, smooth cargo movement, documentation accuracy, and timely delivery. The role involves coordination with Customers and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient logistics operations.

1. Customs Clearance &amp; Compliance
Manage end-to-end import/export clearance processes in coordination with the client and internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with SEZ policies, and government regulations.
Liaise with customs officials and PGA's and regulatory bodies.
Monitor documentation, and approvals specific to SEZ operations.

2. Documentation Management
File management in SPOT
Verify and process shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BOE, Shipping Bills, etc.).
Ensure accurate filing of import/export declarations.
Maintain proper records for audits and compliance checks.
Coordinate with Custom House Agent for timely documentation.

3. Operations &amp; Cargo Handling
Coordinate with warehouse teams for receiving, storage, and dispatch.
Ensure minimal dwell time and avoid demurrage/detention charges.
Monitor cargo tracking and update stakeholders on status.

4. Coordination &amp; Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, shipping lines, and airlines.
Ensure timely communication on shipment updates and issues.
Proactive communication with customers and internal stake holders for service delivery and improvements.

5. Team Supervision
Supervise IFFO and support teams.
Allocate tasks and monitor performance.
Ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

6. Reporting &amp; MIS
Prepare daily/weekly shipment reports and KPI dashboards.
Track clearance timelines, delays, and compliance issues.
Provide operational insights to management.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
•	Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field. 
•	2–5 years of experience in Clearing &amp; Forwarding/Logistics/FMCG/Supply Chain Management.
•	Experience working in SEZ environment (preferred). 
•	Strong knowledge of customs regulations and SEZ procedures.&lt;br /&gt;

Dans un contexte de croissance et de transformation de ses activités Supply Chain, AGL Côte d'Ivoire renforce ses sa Division supply chain et recrute un Superviseur Site Logistique (Entreposage).
Véritable pilote de la performance terrain, le Superviseur Site Logistique assure la direction opérationnelle complète d'un site logistique et garantit l'excellence des opérations en matière de sécurité, qualité, délais, productivité et satisfaction client.
Il/elle pilote l'ensemble des activités du site (réception, stockage, préparation, expédition), encadre les équipes opérationnelles et veille au respect des engagements contractuels et des standards de performance du Groupe.
À ce titre, ses principales missions seront de :
Piloter les opérations et la performance du site
Superviser l'ensemble des opérations logistiques du site ;
Garantir l'atteinte des objectifs opérationnels et contractuels (SLA/KPI) ;
Animer les instances de pilotage et de performance du site ;
Assurer la conformité des opérations aux exigences réglementaires, QHSE et organisationnelles ;
Identifier et mettre en œuvre des leviers d'optimisation opérationnelle.
Manager et développer les équipes
Encadrer, accompagner et développer les équipes opérationnelles ;
Fixer les objectifs et suivre la performance individuelle et collective ;
Promouvoir une culture de sécurité, de discipline opérationnelle et d'amélioration continue ;

Prévenir les risques opérationnels (écarts de stock, vols, dommages, fraude) ;
Sécuriser les activités de facturation et de reporting opérationnel ;
Veiller à l'optimisation des espaces et des équipements logistiques.
Contribuer à l'amélioration continue
Produire et analyser les reportings de performance ;
Identifier les dysfonctionnements et piloter les plans d'actions associés ;
Déployer des projets d'amélioration continue et d'innovation opérationnelle ;

Formation &amp; Expérience
Bac+5 en Supply Chain, Logistique, Génie industriel ou équivalent ;
Expérience significative dans la gestion d'opérations logistiques entreposage 
et le management d'équipes ;
Expérience en pilotage de site logistique fortement appréciée.
Compétences techniques
Bonne maîtrise des opérations logistiques et des flux Supply Chain ;

1. Assurer le support aux opérations et l'interface Métier / DSI

oEnsuring strict compliance with company regulations by drivers. Identifying on-road exceptions and taking immediate remedial action. Coordinating and responding to emergency situations.

oTrack vehicle by GPS system: Connect on the IVMS daily to get the truck position of each transporter (MSA, on the route, at the site, coming back empty)
oSubmit daily, weekly, and comprehensive monthly reports to the supervisor on vehicle movements and problems:
•Daily 09:00 am report of truck situation per transporter to Mombasa team
•Truck in rotation
•Transit time
•Performance per truck/rotation per truck
•Mileage covered
•Alerts (speed, night driving)
o Monitoring truck driver performance (50-plus vehicles): daily violations report to QHSE Bollore and transporters.
o Ensuring strict compliance with company regulations by drivers; Sharing daily violation reports to Bollore and transporter. Keeping a weekly, and monthly tracking of all these violations per truck and per transporter.
o Report daily transport and loading forecasts from the Mombasa team and consolidate all information into the tracking report (contact with transporter and Mombasa)
o Share the daily tracking report with the client.
o Alert the client for all convoys approaching the site + update of ETA (this must be done 2 times per day = 2 communications to the client per day)
o Be in touch with the convoy leader to ensure convoy management rules are respected
o Compare the transporter tracking vs IVMS (with respect to convoy distance + contact transporter in case of distance or gap created on the road)
o Prepare the TSO based on tracking documentation and participate in the transporter invoice approval process.
o Identifying on-road exceptions and taking immediate remedial action.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
• Good communication skills (verbal &amp; written)
