MISSION:

La Direction juridique d'Africa Global Logistics recherche un/une Juriste Senior PPP / Concessions / Project Finance pour renforcer ses équipes sur des projets d'infrastructure et de services, en particulier en Afrique.

Au sein de la Direction juridique, en interaction étroite avec les équipes Développement/Investissements, Finance/Trésorerie, Opérations et les équipes pays, vous interviendrez notamment dans le cadre de :

1) Développement / appels d'offres PPP – concessions:

- Analyse juridique des dossiers d'appel d'offres (projets de contrats, annexes techniques, exigences de performance, mécanismes tarifaires /availability, security package) ;
- Cartographie des risques et préparation des livrables de décision (notes de risques, matrices de conformité, stratégies de négociation)
- Négociation avec autorités concédantes et partenaires.


2) Contractualisation

- Rédaction et négociation de contrats de concession/PPP et documents connexes (avenants, protocoles, interfaces, foncier/autorisation selon projets) ;
- Rédaction et négociation des contrats de projets /exploitation (EPC/D&amp;B, O&amp;M, services, supply, direct agreements) ;
- Intervention directe sur la documentation de financement (term sheets, facility/common terms, sûretés, accounts, intercreditor le cas échéant) ;
- Suivi des conditions suspensives et coordination des closings, en lien avec les conseils.


3) Suivi de l'exécution des concessions

- Assurer le contrôle juridique et opérationnel de l'exécution des contrats de concession.
- Vérifier le respect des obligations contractuelles, techniques et financières du concessionnaire.
- Analyser les rapports d'activité, indicateurs de performance et proposer des mesures correctives.
- Préparer les avenants nécessaires et contribuer à la résolution des écarts ou litiges potentiels.
- Participer aux comités de suivi et garantir la traçabilité documentaire de l'exécution.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
CAPA, complétée idéalement par une qualification en droit anglais (England &amp; Wales) ou une pratique confirmée du droit anglais appliquée aux transactions financement / infrastructures, avec une excellente maîtrise du drafting et de la négociation.

Formation supérieure en droit des affaires, droit public des affaires, contrats ou financement.

Expérience significative (≥5 ans) en PPP, concessions ou projets d'infrastructure, incluant une exposition réelle aux enjeux de bancabilité et à la documentation de financement (expérience en entreprise, fonds infra ou cabinet).

Intérêt marqué pour l'Afrique et les environnements multi‑juridictions : sens du terrain, approche pragmatique, bonne compréhension des risques pays (convertibilité/transfert, change in law, enforceability, gouvernance).

Anglais courant, y compris en rédaction juridique et en négociation.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field. Master's degree is an advantage.

Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in air freight or logistics, with at least 5 years in a similar role.

Job Purpose:

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•Track the fleet (via central GPS system) and ensure optimization of the mobilized means
•Organize and control the documentation transmission: Delivery proof (POD, RCN) to COM units and interchange to container Logistics Manager
•Liaise with QHSE for audit recommended actions implementation
•Analyze and focus on staff costs: casuals, extra- work
•Monitor and challenge workshop costs: Gas, Oil, Tyres etc. 
•Implement any option that would allow decreasing costs (training for drivers, road selection)
•Report any operational issues (including cargo) to COMs/ FOPs in charge
•Request instructions in case of arbitrations to be rendered between cargo deliveries
•Alert N+1 in case of significant operational issue (impact on quality of service , invoicing, sensitive client)
•Inform N+1 and sales department of all quotation non-compliant with COM goals (gross margin, turnover, feasibility.)
•Identify and work on the issues raised during the files processing whatever in the responsibility scope or not.
•Receive work order from internal departments and generate the JMP accordingly 

SUBCONTRACTED TRANSPORT 

•Provide subcontracted transport for both internal and external needs with emphasis on service delivery, profitability and cost control
•Select the authorized subcontractors. The selection of subcontractors with risky profile (limited means or quality of service, weak financial situation, competitor...) 

WORKSHOP

•Manage and distribute the day-to-day workshop administration activities including but not limited to procurement, stock management / control, job planning / preventive maintenance scheduling...
•Coordinate workshop daily meetings in conjunction with the Workshop Administrator.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
•	Minimum – Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or its equivalent
•	At least 5 yrs experience in running a fleet of more than 25 trucks
•	Local knowledge of the East African Region

Vous assurerez la supervision, la conformité et l'optimisation de la gestion fiscale du périmètre, en coordination avec les Directeurs Administratifs et Financiers des entités et les services comptables locaux. Sans encadrement d'équipe directe, vous animerez fonctionnellement les référents fiscaux (Chefs Comptables) au sein de chaque entité.

Vos principales responsabilités

1. Gouvernance et pilotage fiscal du périmètre pays
Définir et faire appliquer, en lien avec la Direction Fiscalité Groupe, les règles et procédures fiscales applicables dans toutes les entités du pays
Émettre des instructions claires aux équipes comptables, en lien fonctionnel avec les DAF entités
Assurer une veille réglementaire et anticiper les impacts des évolutions législatives locales et internationales
Mettre en place un reporting fiscal consolidé pour le périmètre pays

2. Supervision des obligations fiscales
Superviser la détermination, la déclaration et le paiement des impôts directs et indirects (IS, TVA, retenues à la source, impôts locaux, taxes diverses, etc.)
Établir et suivre le calendrier fiscal des échéances pour l'ensemble des entités
Coordonner l'établissement et la validation des liasses fiscales et déclarations périodiques
Veiller à la tenue d'une documentation fiscale fiable

3. Optimisation fiscale
Identifier les opportunités d'optimisation fiscale dans le respect de la législation
Participer à la structuration fiscale des opérations stratégiques (investissements, restructurations, flux intragroupe)
Évaluer les risques fiscaux et proposer des recommandations

4. Contrôles fiscaux et contentieux
Coordonner et gérer les contrôles fiscaux
Centraliser les réponses aux administrations fiscales
Gérer les contentieux en lien avec les conseils juridiques/fiscaux externes
Préparer les dossiers de défense et représenter le Groupe auprès des autorités fiscales

5. Relation avec l'administration fiscale
Être l'interlocuteur unique et officiel de l'administration fiscale pour toutes les entités du pays
Instaurer une relation professionnelle, transparente et constructive avec les services fiscaux

6. Trésorerie et anticipation des décaissements fiscaux
Élaborer et suivre le plan annuel des décaissements fiscaux consolidé
Alerter en cas de décalages ou de risques de défaut
Participer à la prévision de trésorerie groupe en lien avec la fiscalité
7. Support et formation
Accompagner les DAF et équipes comptables sur les sujets fiscaux complexes
Former et sensibiliser les interlocuteurs internes aux bonnes pratiques fiscales&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Profil recherché

Formation initiale : Bac +5 en droit fiscal, droit des affaires


Expérience professionnelle

8 à 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine juridique, fiscal, comptable et financier
Solides connaissances en fiscalité locale et internationale
Une expérience dans un environnement multinational ou multisite est un atout
Maîtrise des déclarations fiscales, des relations avec l'administration et des audits fiscaux
Bonne compréhension de la comptabilité et des flux financiers
À l'aise avec les ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) et les outils de reporting fiscal

The role exists to provide operational support to the KBL Warehouse team and will be based in KBL Ruaraka. 
Specific deliverables of the role will be to: -
1.	Prevent theft and damage to company property.
2.	Ensure regular rotation of sub-contracted security guards.
3.	Ensure all reported incidences are logged on the occurrence book and reported to the relevant person and proper action taken.
4.	Liaise with the local police on any alleged intrusion into the premiss or company/client cargo and follow up the case to conclusion.
5.	Ensure all security procedures are followed by all employees and clients within the premises.
6.	Ensure all access points and control rooms are properly manned.
7.	Ensure all security gadgets/ tools/ equipment are in good working condition e.g., fence, alarms, CCTV.
8.	Maintain records of all main door keys and ensure safe custody of the same.
9.	Ensure all items leaving the premises are accompanied by the relevant authorisation documents and gate pass.
10.	Identify problems with the security procedure and quickly resolve such to ensure that the general purpose of the procedure is maintained.
11.	Interface with client's security management team.
12.	Monitor the security plan.
13.	Conduct internal inspections and report to the Manager any non-compliance situation or deficiency.
14.	Issue security plans and implement them at the work sites in compliance with client's security requirements.
15.	Compliance and enforcement of site safety requirements and acting on non-adherence
16.	Implement the emergency evacuation plan per work site.
17.	Conduct investigations into reported incidences on site and off site should justifiable cause be evident.
18.	Perform any other security tasks as may from time to time be directed by security leadership.

•	Carry out all delegated tasks from relevant Warehouse Manager.

Job Purpose:

The Customs Manager is responsible for ensuring the accurate and compliant execution of all customs clearance activities related to international shipments. Job Function:

Qualifications and Experience:

•	In-depth understanding of customs laws, tariff schedules, and import/export procedures.

3.Pilot the service offer

•	Approve the complex quotes (technical risk, sensitive client, high profitability …) after the N-1 input
•	Support the money collection lead by Finance and subordinate when required

4.Coordinate &amp; Monitor Operations
•	Coordinate the actions of several MO sections /departments, Front Office and Back Office

1.	MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES DETAILS

	Responsible for overseeing all transport matters related to imports and exports including truck allocations
	Oversee the time of delivery of goods.

	Update and provide tracking information to customers as well as to internal managers.
	Monitor and report driver issues such as accidents, safety concerns or licensing issues.
	Analyze delivery costs and recommend more cost-effective methods of transportation.
	Negotiate contracts with outside transportation companies, handle customer complaints, and investigate delivery issues. These may include damaged products and late or lost deliveries.
	Ensure the high level of customer service is emphasized at all levels.
	Carry out all coordination responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures. 
	Develop policies and procedures for transport supplier selection as needed.
	Review staff requirements and participate in recruiting activities, training and scheduling of personnel.
	Provide staff performance reviews and resolve employee problems. 
	Ensure drivers perform all their necessary tasks and responsibilities.
	Maintain frequent contact with management staff and employees regarding transport requirements.
	Provide checks and balances for transport management of the company.
	Assist in the development and use of budget/fiscal and inventory control programs.
	Ensure all administrative requirements are completed in a timely manner. 
	Mentor and assist employees engaged in transport and driving. 
	Conduct weekly / monthly safety meetings.
	Manage Drivers 


2.	REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: 

	Degree in Logistics &amp; supply chain Management or Transport management

Intégré(e) au sein de l'équipe opérationnelle de Conakry Terminal et rattaché fonctionnellement au Directeur Infrastructures de Conakry Terminal et à la Direction Immobilier et Construction au siège du groupe AGL à Puteaux (92) – qui assure la maitrise d'ouvrage des projets d'infrastructures pour le compte des entités opérationnelles.
Le Chef de Projet Adjoint sera intégré à la Maîtrise d'Ouvrage dans le cadre d'un projet d'extension du terminal à conteneurs intégrant la réalisation d'un nouveau poste à quai de 300ml fondé à -14m, la réalisation d'un terre-plein attenant de 18 ha gagné sur la mer ainsi que le prolongement de 200m de la digue de protection du bassin portuaire.

Ce projet est à fort enjeu vis-à-vis des autorités, il est donc primordial que le planning – 3 ans de travaux - et le budget soient strictement maitrisés.

Vous aurez plus précisément la responsabilité de :
Il interviendra aux différentes phases du projet en défendant les intérêts du maitre d'ouvrage pendant la phase Travaux : 
-	en pilotage du projet, i.e. suivi travaux et supervision PMC, et coordination des différentes parties prenantes : Entreprise, PMC, Maitre d'Ouvrage, Autorité Concédante …
Il aura spécifiquement la charge du pilotage technique, administratif et financier du(des) marché(s) de travaux avec le support de la PMC en appui au Directeur des Infrastructures mais aussi la coordination avec les travaux sous la responsabilité de l'autorité portuaire en interface direct avec le projet.

La phase Travaux a déjà démarré.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
-	10+ ans d'expérience professionnelle dans la gestion de grands projets de construction à l'international et en particulier dans des environnements maritimes. 
Cette expérience est issue de missions en Entreprise de travaux et/ou en Maîtrise d'œuvre d'exécution principalement. Une expérience significative en Afrique serait un élément favorisant.
-	Formation Bac+5 type Ecole d'Ingénieur ou équivalent ;
-	Parfaite connaissance de travaux maritimes et portuaires &amp; des contrats FIDIC ;
-	Maitrise de l'Anglais dans un cadre professionnel ;
-	Bonne connaissance des travaux de génie civil, terre-pleins, chaussée lourde ;

-	Grande capacité d'adaptation dans le cadre de projets internationaux et dans un environnement multiculturel ainsi que l'intégration au sein d'une équipe projet déjà lancée depuis plusieurs mois ;
-	Capacité à travailler sous pression et dans des délais contraints ;

The Quality Control Officer is responsible for ensuring that all finished food products stored and dispatched from the warehouse meet company quality standards, food safety regulations, and customer requirements. 1. Quality Inspection &amp; Control
•	Conduct routine inspection of finished goods upon receipt, storage, and prior to dispatch
•	Verify product quality, labeling, packaging integrity, and expiry dates
•	Ensure adherence to specifications and reject non-conforming products
•	Monitor stock conditions (temperature, humidity, cleanliness)

2. Food Safety &amp; Compliance
•	Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, local regulations)
•	Monitor hygiene practices within the warehouse
•	Support implementation and maintenance of food safety systems
•	Conduct internal audits and assist in external audits

3. Documentation &amp; Reporting
•	Maintain accurate QC records, inspection reports, and non-conformance logs

•	Track and report quality trends, deviations, and corrective actions
•	Ensure traceability of all finished goods

4. Inventory Quality Management
•	Monitor shelf life and ensure FEFO/FIFO is followed

5. Corrective &amp; Preventive Actions (CAPA)
