Job Purpose:
Provide Q-HSE technical support to the Transport department. Ensure Q-HSE relevancy in the Transport department and that only one Q-HSE Management System is implemented. Continuously improve the Q-HSE processes and practices 

Job Function: 
1.	HSE / Mains tasks and responsibilities details 
•	Assist Entity General Manager on Safety and Security issues 
•	Define HSE internal rules and standards, ensuring that they comply: 
•	the local and international regulations, 
•	the Corporate standards 
•	and our clients requirements. 
•	Define specific HSE plans for projects and other specific operations, 
•	ensure that all operational sites are in compliance with the HSE rules 
•	Follow-up of any action plans related to HSE issues 
•	Communicate on HSE issues 
•	Control and monitoring the various projects and sites and Contractor/ subcontractor activities. 
•	Ensure that equipment are correctly used as well as their certifications in accordance with Corporate and Africa Q-HSE standards. 
•	Ensure that Risk Assessment Process is done for all non-standard and critical operations 
•	Follow up and analysis of statistics, health and safety reports 
•	Manage HSE monthly meetings 
•	Attend the HSE Committees 
•	Ensure that all required data are locally followed up and transmitted to the Africa Q-HSE dpt. 
•	Implementation of HSE Management system, in accordance with the Corporate and Africa Q-HSE Management standards 
•	Carry out periodic site audits and inspections as required on HSE procedures, 
•	Each month for the site tours (minima) 
•	Assessment of the Q-HSE management system every 6 months. 
•	Define and implement HSE awareness and trainings /refreshing schedule, 
•	Carry Out Job Safety Analysis for all operations, 
•	Monitor and control of work permits, 
•	Perform Incident/accident investigations, correctives action plan implementation and follow up, 
•	Implement an Emergency Response Plan 
•	for all sites of the Company 
•	test it through periodic drills (at least once a year), 
•	Fire exercise at least every month 
•	Define, put in place and manage all HSE signage &amp; tags 
•	Implement tool box meetings 
•	Define and manage all firefighting equipment 
•	Design 
•	Tests (weekly and monthly) 
•	Records 
•	Define the Waste management plan and follow up its implementation and respect 
•	Ensure conformity to all HSE legal requirements 
•	If the legal requirements are not formalized, French standards should be used. 
•	Calculate and follow up of HSE indicators 
•	Required on a monthly basis by the Q-HSE Africa dpt. ( 5 of each month) 
•	Required by the entity management 
•	Provide support and assistance for insurance purposes 
•	Visits and audits organization 
•	Follow up of recommendations 
•	General report to Q-HSE Africa dpt. 
•	Give support to other entities of Bolloré Logistics at request. 
•	Execute all necessary actions related to

2.	QUALITY /Mains tasks and responsibilities details 

•	Determine the improvement issues in the Quality field and propose solutions to better monitor the processes. 
•	Find means of reducing the costs and the delivery periods 
•	Ensure that the Quality Management System is in line with the international standards, the National requirements and the Corporate and Africa standards. 
•	Define all internal quality rules and standards and ensure their implementation. 
•	Ensure the implementation of the Quality Africa Mandatory procedures 
•	Verify that Quality management rules are in compliance with all Corporate and Africa processes. 
•	Follow-up and manage Quality measures, correction of non-compliance and improvement action plan implementation. 
•	Coordinate and manage all Quality representative in the entity 
•	Advise the group and local management on the best way to improve the system and the organization 
•	Communicate on the Quality management system status to the Africa Q-HSE dpt. and local management 
•	Coordinate the Customer complaint management system 
•	Assist the top management and line management for the definition and the implementation of the Key Performance Indicators (KPI); 
•	Implement and analysis group's KPI's dashboard 
•	Plan and coordinate entity internal audits and third party audits for certification. 
•	Prepare timely reports and transmit them to the Entity General Manager and Q-HSE Africa dpt. 
•	Assist for the identification of the training need in the entity. 
•	Organize Quality monthly meeting with the management and Quality Committee members to monitor the Quality in the entity 
•	Organize Processes review at least every 6 months 
•	Organize the Management Review once a year 
•	Manage all relationship and certification issues and planning with certification bodies (ISO and others) 
•	Participate in the definition of the Job description for each work place 
•	Draft/validate the Quality procedures 
•	Communicate with the operational staff 
•	Check and control the respect of the procedures on site

4. People Management

- Lodge customs entries in the iCMS system.
- Ensure fair and balanced allocation of files among declarants.
- Ensure each declarant meets the daily KPI target of 100 lines per day.
3. Continuous Monitoring &amp; Follow-Up
- Ensure declarants constantly check TFP and iCMS systems to monitor passing entries and permit approvals.
- Promptly respond to any rejected entries or permits.
- Escalate issues for support when necessary to avoid delays
4. Support &amp; Coordination
- Support the Team Leader, Supervisor, and Port Operators with any inquiries or customs rejections.
- Provide clarification and guidance on customs documentation, duties, requirements, and regulations.
5. Query Resolution &amp; Escalation
- Handle customs queries in coordination with the Supervisor.

Job Purpose:
Training Officer is responsible to ensure all drivers are trained, assessed, and certified in accordance with legislative, TETA/QCTO, and company requirements, promoting safe, compliant, and efficient transport operations. The role is responsible for delivering driver training, verifying compliance, monitoring competency, and maintaining accurate training records to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Job Function: 
Training Delivery &amp; Assessment
•	Deliver scheduled internal driver training sessions (classroom, yard-based and in-cab practical)
•	Conduct daily toolbox talks / pre-shift DG safety briefings (placarding, segregation, TRECs, PPE, emergency procedures)
•	Perform practical assessments and re-assessments of drivers against US 123259 and internal standards
•	Provide on-the-job coaching/mentoring to new and under-performing drivers
Compliance Verification (before dispatch)
•	Verify daily that drivers hold valid PrDP-D, DG certificate and medical fitness certificate before departure of Depot — flag non-compliant drivers to Operations immediately
•	Observe pre-trip vehicle inspections: placards, orange diamonds, fire extinguishers, PPE, spill kit, DG documentation/tremcards
Records &amp; Evidence
•	Complete attendance registers for every session (TETA/QCTO POE evidence)
•	Capture all training activity into the training records system/LMS same day
•	Update the driver training matrix daily
•	Conduct incident/near-miss debriefs and record corrective coaching
Medicals &amp; Certification Oversight
•	Review the medical expiry tracker (30/60/90-day lookahead) and book drivers for occupational medical examinations
•	Follow up on medical results; escalate "unfit" or conditional findings to HR/Ops
•	Prepare HAZCHEM/DG certificates for drivers found competent during the week (medical must be valid before issue)
PTOs (Planned Task Observations)
•	Execute the scheduled weekly quota of PTOs (loading, offloading, pre-trip, en-route behaviour, emergency equipment checks) and log findings
•	Raise corrective actions from PTO deviations and close out previous actions
Training Management
•	Plan and schedule the coming week's training (new hires, refreshers, product/route-specific)
•	Update the compliance dashboard: % drivers with valid medicals, PrDP-D, DG certs
•	Review incident/inspection reports to identify training gaps
•	Compile weekly training report for the Training/Fleet Manager
•	Maintain training aids (PPE sets, demo placards, spill kits, fire extinguishers)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Reporting (Core KPI)
•	Compile and submit the Monthly Training Hours Report — hours per driver, per programme, per site — feeding into the WSP/ATR (TETA/QCTO) and internal KPIs
•	Submit the PTO completion report — confirming the required number of PTOs per month were performed, with trend analysis of deviations
Medicals &amp; HAZCHEM Certificates
•	Reconcile the medicals register: all drivers medically fit, bookings done for expiries due next month
•	Issue HAZCHEM/DG certificates for all competent drivers; submit results for NLRD upload via the SDF
•	Report certification/medical compliance % to management
Internal Driver Training
•	Conduct the scheduled monthly internal driver training module (e.g., DG refresher, emergency response drill, spill response, firefighting, product-specific handling, defensive driving element)
•	Run at least one practical emergency drill with drivers
Material Review &amp; Development
•	Review training material — update when: SANS standards are amended, NRTA regulations change, new products/routes are added, or PTO/incident trends reveal gaps
•	Develop new material/toolbox talk content as required; ensure continued alignment with TETA/QCTO accreditation scope
Quality &amp; Admin
•	Conduct internal moderation of the month's assessments
•	Audit a sample of driver training files for completeness
•	Plan next month's training schedule with Ops; reconcile training budget/spend
•	Present training compliance status at the monthly SHEQ/Ops meeting

Minimum Requirements
•	Assessor qualification – US 115753 "Conduct Outcomes-Based Assessment" (NQF 5)
•	Registered Constituent Assessor with TETA (or QCTO), with scope specifically covering US 123259 – this is the single most critical requirement; without it, the trainer cannot sign off competent certificates or have results uploaded to the NLRD
•	Facilitator qualification – US 117871 "Facilitate Learning Using a Variety of Given Methodologies" (NQF 5)
•	Personally competent in US 123259 or Equivalent 
•	Valid Code 14 (EC) driver's licence with a current PrDP-D (Professional Driving Permit – Dangerous Goods category)
•	Current DG training certificate (note industry recertification cycle of ±12 months)

1.	Operational Supervision

Job Purpose:
Successfully co-ordinate all client shipments from start to end.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Job Function: 
•	Successfully co-ordinate all shipments for the client from issue of Purchase Order as per INCO terms.
•	Ensure client deadlines and procedures are adhered to.
•	Assist to maintain good service levels and good revenue margins as per the contract rates and any write offs / errors are kept to a minimum.

•	Liaise with suppliers and expeditors to ensure timeous uplift of orders.
•	Ensure POD's are returned by both the haulier and / or AGL office of destination (hauliers are not to be paid unless POD's are received).
•	Ensure clients are invoiced in line with what has been agreed and the costing is accurate.
•	Ensure invoices are dispatched regularly and in line with a procedure.
•	Ensure that clients are invoiced according to the credit terms set out for their respective Account 
•	Ensure that clients are serviced in such a manner that more business in other areas (modes of transport) and other routes are considered by clients.
•	Ensure that AGL portrays a professional and friendly image to all clients.
•	Any other delegated tasks deemed as reasonable as assigned by the reporting manager
•	Handle multi modal/exports/import shipments according to client requirements
•	Ensure all destination county requirements are met





Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
•	Matric 
•	A Freight Forwarding or any such relevant course qualification is an advantage.
•	Minimum of 3-5 years' relevant experience at a controller level in a freight forwarding environment with sea freight export experience.&lt;br /&gt;

Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités et du renforcement de ses capacités opérationnelles, la Direction des Solutions Logistiques d'AGL CI recherche un Agent Transit chargé d'assurer la gestion et le suivi des opérations de dédouanement des marchandises, dans le respect de la réglementation douanière, des exigences clients et des procédures internes.

À ce titre, l'Agent Transit sera chargé de :

- Collecter, contrôler et vérifier l'ensemble des documents nécessaires aux opérations de transit et de dédouanement ;

- Établir et déposer les déclarations en douane via le système SYDAM World conformément à la réglementation en vigueur ;

- Assurer le suivi des procédures douanières spécifiques (régimes suspensifs, admissions temporaires, entrepôts sous douane, etc.) ;

- Procéder à la liquidation des droits et taxes et veiller à leur règlement dans les délais requis ;

- Assurer l'obtention des mainlevées et coordonner l'enlèvement ou la livraison des marchandises ;

- Suivre l'avancement des dossiers et informer régulièrement les clients sur l'état de leurs opérations ;

- Coordonner les interventions des différents partenaires (transporteurs, manutentionnaires, autorités douanières et autres prestataires) afin de garantir la fluidité des opérations ;

- Gérer les aléas liés aux formalités douanières et mettre en œuvre les actions nécessaires pour limiter les impacts sur les délais de traitement ;

- Traiter les réclamations clients liées aux opérations de transit en collaboration avec les responsables concernés ;

- Établir et contrôler les décomptes de frais, débours et autres coûts associés aux opérations ;

- Veiller à la fiabilité des informations saisies dans les systèmes d'information et à la mise à jour des dossiers d'exploitation ;

- Garantir le respect des procédures internes ainsi que de l'ensemble des exigences réglementaires et douanières ;

- Contribuer à la production des reportings d'activité et au suivi des indicateurs de performance opérationnelle&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
- Etre titulaire d'au moins d'un BAC+2 en Transport &amp; Logistique ou en Commerce international ;

- Justifier d'une expérience professionnelle d'au moins deux (02) ans en Transit Douane;

- Avoir des connaissances de la procédure de dédouanement en vigueur en Côte d'Ivoire

- Avoir des connaissances des techniques de l'administration douanière ;
