Activités quotidiennes :

A/ Participer à la mise en œuvre du processus budgétaire et élaboration des comptes de résultats prévisionnels
1. Collecter, analyser et synthétiser les données statistiques et contrôler leur cohérence ;	
2. Participer à l'élaboration des budgets (Vente, Charges opérationnelles, investissements, ...) avec les opérationnels ;	
3. Participer à l'élaboration des comptes de résultats prévisionnels PFA et budgets.	

B - Participer aux études de rentabilité ponctuelles et des projets d'investissement.
a)	Calculer le payback pour les investissements ;
b)	Calculer la rentabilité (mise en place de nouvelles activités/fermeture/business particuliers) ;
Effectuer toutes autres tâches confiées par la hiérarchie

C/ Participer à l'analyse des états permettant d'apprécier la rentabilité des différents métiers de la société
1. Contribuer à la fiabilité de la comptabilité analytique et l'harmonisation des activités selon les règles du Groupe	
2. Contribuer aux clôtures comptables (suivi des abonnements, cut off, provisions…) ;	
3. Participer à l'élaboration des reportings financiers et opérationnels mensuels et rédiger les commentaires d'activité ;
4. Participer à la préparation des réunions résultats.	

D/ Communiquer toute amélioration visant à maitriser la rentabilité des différents métiers de la société
1.	Participer à la mise en place ou l'adaptation des outils de mesure de la performance opérationnelle ;
2.	Proposer et mettre en œuvre les changements de process conduisant à une meilleure maitrise des coûts ;
3.	Contribuer à la rédaction de procédures ;	
4.	Contribuer à l'analyse des charges (détection des dérapages, anomalies, fraudes…).

	Minimum BAC+ 3/4 type écoles de commerce/université avec une spécialisation en Contrôle de gestion &amp; Audit / Finance 
	Au moins 02 ans d'expériences professionnelle à un poste similaire serait un atout : bonnes connaissances théoriques dans les techniques de contrôle de gestion, les instruments d'analyse des bases
	Bonne maîtrise de l'analyse financière et du cycle d'investissement
	Bonne maîtrise du tableur Excel et une sensibilité pour l'utilisation optimale des outils informatiques : bonnes connaissances dans l'élaboration des tableaux de bord, dans l'utilisation des outils bureautiques et progiciels comptables

1. Fleet Tracking and Journey Management
•	Monitor and track the daily movement of the fleet through the IVMS platform.

•	Identify, investigate, and report route deviations, unauthorized movements, excessive idling, and operational exceptions.

2. Deployment Monitoring

•	Ensure all journeys are initiated, monitored, and completed in line with company journey management standards.
•	Escalate delays and operational disruptions to the relevant departments for immediate action.

3. Loading, Offloading, and Border Monitoring
•	Monitor truck turnaround times at loading and offloading points.
•	Track border crossing activities and identify delays affecting delivery schedules.
•	Communicate operational delays to transport operations, logistics teams, and customers where required.
•	Maintain records of loading, offloading, and border performance metrics.
•	Recommend corrective actions to reduce downtime and improve fleet efficiency.

4. Driver Documentation and Compliance Management
•	Ensure drivers upload all required trip-related documents into the company's fleet management systems within specified timelines.
•	Verify the accuracy and completeness of submitted documents.
•	Follow up on outstanding documents and compliance requirements.
•	Maintain electronic and physical driver records where applicable.

5. Driver Performance and Behaviour Monitoring
•	Monitor driver behaviour through IVMS and telematics reports, including: 
•	Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly driver performance reports.
•	Escalate safety violations and non-compliance issues to management.
•	Support driver coaching and continuous improvement initiatives.

6. Fleet Utilization Management
•	Monitor fleet utilization and vehicle productivity.
•	Identify underutilized vehicles and recommend optimization measures.

Qualifications and Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any of the following fields:

Experience
•	Minimum 3 years' experience in Fleet Management, Transport Operations, or IVMS Administration.
•	Proven experience managing and monitoring a large commercial fleet using an IVMS platform.
•	Hands-on experience in vehicle tracking, journey management, transport compliance, and driver performance monitoring.
•	Experience within logistics, transportation, mining, oil &amp; gas, FMCG, or large-scale fleet operations will be an added advantage.

Job Purpose:

Job Purpose:
Training Officer is responsible to ensure all drivers are trained, assessed, and certified in accordance with legislative, TETA/QCTO, and company requirements, promoting safe, compliant, and efficient transport operations. The role is responsible for delivering driver training, verifying compliance, monitoring competency, and maintaining accurate training records to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Job Function: 
Training Delivery &amp; Assessment
•	Deliver scheduled internal driver training sessions (classroom, yard-based and in-cab practical)
•	Conduct daily toolbox talks / pre-shift DG safety briefings (placarding, segregation, TRECs, PPE, emergency procedures)
•	Perform practical assessments and re-assessments of drivers against US 123259 and internal standards
•	Provide on-the-job coaching/mentoring to new and under-performing drivers
Compliance Verification (before dispatch)
•	Verify daily that drivers hold valid PrDP-D, DG certificate and medical fitness certificate before departure of Depot — flag non-compliant drivers to Operations immediately
•	Observe pre-trip vehicle inspections: placards, orange diamonds, fire extinguishers, PPE, spill kit, DG documentation/tremcards
Records &amp; Evidence
•	Complete attendance registers for every session (TETA/QCTO POE evidence)
•	Capture all training activity into the training records system/LMS same day
•	Update the driver training matrix daily
•	Conduct incident/near-miss debriefs and record corrective coaching
Medicals &amp; Certification Oversight
•	Review the medical expiry tracker (30/60/90-day lookahead) and book drivers for occupational medical examinations
•	Follow up on medical results; escalate "unfit" or conditional findings to HR/Ops
•	Prepare HAZCHEM/DG certificates for drivers found competent during the week (medical must be valid before issue)
PTOs (Planned Task Observations)

Training Management
•	Plan and schedule the coming week's training (new hires, refreshers, product/route-specific)

•	Compile weekly training report for the Training/Fleet Manager

Medicals &amp; HAZCHEM Certificates
•	Reconcile the medicals register: all drivers medically fit, bookings done for expiries due next month
•	Issue HAZCHEM/DG certificates for all competent drivers; submit results for NLRD upload via the SDF
•	Report certification/medical compliance % to management
Internal Driver Training
•	Conduct the scheduled monthly internal driver training module (e.g., DG refresher, emergency response drill, spill response, firefighting, product-specific handling, defensive driving element)
•	Run at least one practical emergency drill with drivers
Material Review &amp; Development
•	Review training material — update when: SANS standards are amended, NRTA regulations change, new products/routes are added, or PTO/incident trends reveal gaps
