Votre mission principale est de superviser les activités du Cargo et contribuer à l'optimisation opérationnelle au regard des objectifs définis par la direction d'exploitation tout en tenant compte des engagements commerciaux et contractuels. Activités: o Supervision de la cohérence des données: Veiller à la concordance entre les données des systèmes et les infos fournies par les partenaires Garantir les échanges avec les lignes maritimes pour la réception et l'envoi des EDI dans les délais impartis. Superviser l'intégration des fichiers (EDI, Excell,) et vérifier la fiabilité des résultats pour éviter toute erreur dans les opérations. Veiller à ce que le traitement des réquisitions, des mains levées et des autorisations d'entreposage soit effectué de manière efficace et optimale o Relation client avec les lignes maritimes et partenaires Répondre aux demandes et aux préoccupations des clients concernant les opérations documentaires ou les systèmes Maintenir une communication régulière et professionnelle pour renforcer la satisfaction client. o Rapports et analyses S'assurer que les rapports opérationnels sont produits et transmis dans les délais requis Identifier les améliorations possibles à partir des résultats et feedback des clients.

· Bac+ 2 en logistique ou équivalent · Une expérience préalable en gestion documentaire ou dans un poste similaire. · Engagement envers l'amélioration continue et la conduite du changement. · Une expérience dans un terminal à conteneur sera un atout. Compétences Requises : · Maîtrise des systèmes de gestion des opérations terminales (TOS). · Compétences avancées en Excel et autres outils de visualisation de données. · Esprit analytique et capacité à prendre du recul. · Proactivité et capacité à prendre des initiatives · Capacité à gérer simultanément des tâches multiples tout en respectant des échéances strictes · Aptitude à travailler sous pression et à gérer les priorités. · Aisance dans les interactions avec des clients internationaux, souvent en anglais. · Compétences pour analyser les données et produire des rapports clairs et précis
