MISSIONS : 

CONTEXTE DE RECRUTEMENT : 

Rattaché(e) à la direction Conformité de AGL, vous assistez l'équipe sur des sujets transverses touchant à la Conformité des activités du Groupe.
Mais de manière plus spécifique vous aurez la charge de la gestion des Sanctions Internationales et Contrôle des Exportations. Dans le cadre de vos missions, vous gérez au quotidien un alternant à Paris et 2 personnes basées dans un centre d'expertise partagé à Kigali au Rwanda.

Le sujet du contrôle des exportations et les sanctions internationales fait partie du programme de conformité plus large. L'équipe est active dans divers domaines de la conformité aux sanctions, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, de la revue et du traitement de dossier opérationnels, à l'investigation suite à des alertes de sanctions, la communication d'information, de newsletter, ainsi que la configuration et mise à jour d'outils IA, de screening en lien avec les sanctions.

Vous aurez plus précisément la responsabilité de :

•	Examiner les opérations de transport, logistique, agence de consignation et terminaux sous l'angle conformité (sanctions, export control, marchandises sensibles, Minerais) et émettre des recommandations adaptées.

•	Analyser et classifier les marchandises soumises aux réglementations de contrôle des exportations afin d'en connaitre les restrictions associées.

•	Mettre à jour les procédures, politiques et SOP Groupe en fonction des évolutions réglementaires et des risques identifiés ainsi que les activités.

•	Assurer la veille réglementaire en matière de sanctions internationales et d'export control, analyser les évolutions légales et diffuser aux équipes les impacts opérationnels ainsi que les recommandations associées.

•	Être en mesure de faire des fiches synthétiques sur les nouvelles réglementations à destination du management et des équipes.

•	Concevoir et dispenser des formations en présentiel et en e-learning.

•	Coordonner les activités de conformité entre le siège et les équipes en Afrique, assurer le suivi des KPIs et produire les reportings mensuels.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Qualités et compétences requises : 

- Formation supérieure de niveau Bac+5 en Droit des Affaires, Éthique des Affaires ou domaine équivalent ;

- A partir de 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion des sanctions internationales au sein d'un grand groupe ;

- Connaissance des réglementations internationales applicables (Union Européenne, OFAC, Royaume-Uni, contrôle des exportations) ;

- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques, notamment Excel et SharePoint ;

- Anglais courant indispensable ; la maîtrise d'une autre langue est appréciée ;

- Intégrité, sens de l'éthique et respect de la confidentialité ;

- Rigueur, esprit d'analyse et capacité de synthèse ;

- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement avec des équipes multidisciplinaires ;

- Aisance dans un environnement international, multiculturel et en mode de travail hybride ;

- La connaissance des secteurs de la logistique et du transport portuaire constitue un atout ;

MISSIONS

Le Département Finance Portuaire de la Direction Financière d'AGL se situe au carrefour des domaines financiers et opérationnels.

Le service Contrôle Financier des terminaux portuaires est quant à lui plus précisément chargé du suivi de l'activité de nos 25 concessions portuaires, principalement situées en Afrique.

C'est au sein de ce service et que vous aborderez toutes les problématiques opérationnelles des terminaux au travers de l'analyse financière des concessions.

Ainsi, vous apporterez votre support à l'équipe dans le cadre des missions ci-dessous :

1. Animer le processus de reporting mensuel en lien étroit avec les filiales :

o Préparation des conférences mensuelles de résultat

o Analyse et commentaires d'activité

o Consolidation de la brochure

o Diverses analyses adhoc (plan de charge, flux de trésorerie, benchmark KPIs)

2. Contribuer à l'amélioration et à la fiabilisation des outils d'analyse et de contrôle opérationnel du domaine portuaire

o En lien étroit avec la direction opérationnelle, réaliser une étude sur la volumétrie de nos concessions portuaires

o Réaliser des études diverses : coût du matériel, coût du personnel, etc

o Fiabilisation de l'étude concernant le credit management&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
PROFIL

De formation supérieure Bac +5 avec option Finance/Audit/Contrôle de Gestion, vous recherchez un stage formateur et responsabilisant (idéalement stage de fin d'étude)

Rigoureux(se), autonome et proactif(ve), vous avez de fortes capacités d'adaptation associées à un sens développé de l'organisation.

Vous avez une très bonne connaissance et maitrise des outils informatiques notamment Excel. Niveau d'anglais professionnel et opérationnel exigé.

MISSIONS

•Le processus dividendes :
o Intervenir de manière autonome sur le processus de validation des fiches dividendes en lien avec les Directeurs financiers d'entités et la Direction juridique (objectif : définir le bon niveau de distribution au regard de l'endettement, de la situation de cash de l'entité et de ses projets) ;

•Financement MLT :
o Participation à la modélisation et la validation de Business plan pour financement d'actifs en Afrique, pour déterminer le bon niveau de dette bancaire, et suivi du financement avec les banques et les filiales

•Rationalisation des banques partenaires dans le cadre du déploiement de SAP :
o Recensement, évaluation et réduction des banques partenaires en lien avec les filiales. Mise à jour des banques dans l'outil Xaalis. 

Votre rôle global vous permettra de découvrir de nombreux aspects de la fonction financement, incluant de l'analyse financière (revue des comptes de résultat, bilan et cash flows de filiales) très utile pour tout poste au sein d'une Direction financière comme en banque, la validation de business plans (stress tests) et de l'endettement d'entités (ratios et covenants bancaires…) en vue de montages financiers. Vous aurez également l'opportunité de connaitre les bonnes pratiques et la politique de financement d'un Groupe international. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
PROFIL

En fin de formation supérieure bac+5 Ecole de Commerce ou Université, avec une spécialisation Corporate Finance, Audit, Contrôle de gestion, Banque-Finance ou Ingénierie Financière, nous recherchons un collaborateur désireux d'acquérir une expérience au sein d'une Direction Trésorerie &amp; Financements dans un environnement international.

MISSIONS

Nous recherchons un stagiaire / alternant Contrôleur Financier, rattaché au Directeur Financier de la Business Unit (BU) Logistique &amp; Shipping.
L'équipe Finance de la BU Logistique &amp; Shipping (15 personnes) a pour rôle d'accompagner le management opérationnel sur l'ensemble des sujets financiers, principalement le suivi et pilotage de la performance, le développement, et la maîtrise des risques opérationnels.

Exposé à un périmètre de métiers diversifié et en fort développement avec l'impulsion de notre nouvel actionnaire (groupe MSC), et en interaction avec les entités opérationnelles africaines (49 pays) et les équipes du siège, vous aurez plus précisément les missions suivantes : 

1.Participation aux résultats mensuels des métiers BU Logistique et prévisions budgétaires : 
-Analyse des P&amp;L et des KPIs opérationnels mensuels des entités africaines.
-Production des commentaires synthétiques d'activité et d'analyses transverses pour le Comité de Résultats.
-Analyse synthèse des prévisions budgétaires et Business Plan à 5 ans.

2.Business Partner financier dans les domaines d'expertises suivants : 
-Suivi et analyse de la Marge Brute (quotidien, hebdo, mensuel), avec l'outil Power BI, incluant la participation au développement de nouveaux rapports.
-Analyse semestrielle des trafics de commodités (Marge Brute, volumes, tendances marché).
-Analyse mensuelle du P&amp;L Métier « Transit maritime export », en lien avec le responsable du périmètre.

3.Nouveaux outils :
-Implémentation du nouvel outil de prévisions budgétaires : formation des utilisateurs du réseau, préparation des bases de données avec les entités opérationnelles et les équipes IT, accompagnement des utilisateurs.

4.Autres
-Demandes ad hoc, notamment l'assistance à la production de BP de dossiers d'investissements&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
PROFIL

•Formation supérieure en finance, audit ou contrôle de gestion
•Première expérience en contrôle de gestion, idéalement dans un environnement international ou multisite.

MISSIONS : 

Le Responsable Chef de Projet Customer Business Solutions (CBS) -H/F- pilote le déploiement des solutions digitales et des offres de visibilité auprès des clients stratégiques d'AGL. Il garantit la réussite des projets, coordonne le réseau CBS et accompagne les équipes commerciales, opérationnelles et techniques dans la conception et la mise en œuvre de solutions adaptées aux besoins des clients.

Principales Responsabilités :

Management de l'équipe CBS:
- Définir le dimensionnement de l'équipe CBS et piloter le processus de nomination des CBS et experts
- Concevoir et déployer le parcours d'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs (on-boarding, formations, accompagnement)
- Développer les compétences de l'équipe et mettre en œuvre les plans de formation et de gestion des talents
- Fixer les objectifs annuels et conduire les entretiens de performance
- Accompagner l'évolution professionnelle et les plans de carrière des CBS

Pilotage des projets:
- Superviser le portefeuille de projets CBS et prioriser les ressources selon les besoins commerciaux et opérationnels
- Garantir le respect des méthodologies, des standards et des bonnes pratiques de gestion de projet
- Valider les livrables projets : expression de besoins, spécifications fonctionnelles, supports de présentation, plans de déploiement et formations
- Assurer le suivi des délais, des risques et de la qualité des déploiements

Expertise &amp; Solutions Clients:
- Intervenir en tant qu'expert sur les comptes stratégiques lors des phases d'avant-vente, de conception et de déploiement
- Accompagner la définition de solutions digitales (Track &amp; Trace, EDI/API, Portail Client, Reporting BI…)
- Identifier les besoins d'évolution des outils internes et proposer des améliorations en collaboration avec les équipes transverses
- Animer des ateliers de co-construction avec les parties prenantes

Reporting et Gouvernance:
- Produire les indicateurs de performance de l'activité CBS et le reporting projets
- Présenter l'avancement des projets et les analyses à la Direction
- Identifier les risques, alerter sur les points critiques et proposer des plans d'actions
- Contribuer à la feuille de route des solutions digitales

Animation du réseau &amp; Communication:
- Animer la communauté CBS à l'échelle du réseau Afrique

Formation :
De formation bac +3/5 en Supply Chain, Transport &amp; Logistique, Informatique ou Gestion de projet

Expérience :

- Expérience confirmée en pilotage de projets transverses et en relation client B2B

Compétences techniques :

MISSIONS

CONTEXTE DE RECRUTEMENT
Dans le cadre du renforcement de son pôle Gouvernance, Risques et Conformité (GRC), la Direction Cybersécurité recherche un(e) alternant(e) à compter de janvier 2027. Vous contribuerez à l'industrialisation des activités GRC, au suivi du Système de management de la sécurité de l'information (SMSI) conforme à l'ISO/IEC 27001 et à l'accompagnement des entités et des correspondants sécurité du Groupe. Le poste est basé à Puteaux.
Vos missions seront les suivantes :

• Contribuer au maintien et à l'amélioration continue du SMSI et de la documentation associée ;
• Participer aux analyses de risques cybersécurité et au suivi des plans de traitement ;
• Assurer le suivi des audits, des non-conformités, des observations et des actions correctives ;
• Collecter, contrôler et consolider les preuves de conformité auprès des équipes et des entités ;
• Mettre à jour les indicateurs, tableaux de bord et reportings GRC destinés aux instances de gouvernance ;
• Accompagner les LISO et les métiers dans l'application des politiques, procédures et exigences de sécurité ;
• Participer à l'évaluation des risques liés aux fournisseurs et aux prestations externalisées ;
• Contribuer aux campagnes de sensibilisation, aux communications cybersécurité et à la diffusion des bonnes pratiques ;
• Proposer des améliorations et des automatisations afin de simplifier et fiabiliser les processus GRC.

PROFIL

Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac+4/Bac+5 en cybersécurité, gouvernance des systèmes d'information, audit, gestion des risques, conformité ou domaine équivalent.
• Vous manifestez un intérêt marqué pour la gouvernance cybersécurité, la gestion des risques et la conformité ;
• Vous connaissez les principes de l'ISO/IEC 27001 ; une connaissance d'ISO 27005, d'EBIOS Risk Manager ou de NIS2 serait appréciée ;
• Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques, notamment Excel et PowerPoint, et êtes à l'aise avec l'analyse et la structuration de données ;

Supervision of existing environments

CONTEXT
Within AGL's IT Department, attached to the Freight Forwarding &amp; Transit department, we are recruiting for a permanent contract a Test Lead to join the team Connect Logistics.
Put into production in March 2025, Connect Logistics is an orchestrator bus that collects, cleans, and consolidates data from our operational systems (TMS), before delivering it on a web portal dedicated to our clients.
In a transformation context, the project enters a new phase:
•	Expand its scope functionally,
•	Become a central component of the Transit &amp; ecosystem Freight Forwarding, orchestrating data exchanges between logistics applications and ensuring the reliability of shared information.
Under the responsibility of the Connect Logistics Solution Manager, you will actively participate in the validation of the functional and technical processing chain, from individual components through their interactions to end-to-end business processes.
Working closely with Product Owners, development teams, business stakeholders, partners and RUN teams, you will coordinate testing activities throughout the delivery lifecycle. You will contribute to the successful delivery of new integrations and product evolutions by ensuring that testing activities are properly planned, executed, automated where appropriate, and completed in line with project milestones and quality standards.

MAIN MISSIONS
Tests Management
•	Analyze User Stories and functional specifications and translate them into test requirements.
•	Define and maintain the test base (Azure Test Plans): requirements, test cases, test datasets and test campaigns.
•	Prepare and manage all prerequisites required for test execution.
•	Coordinate functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing activities across all stakeholders.
•	Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business teams.
•	Contribute to Go / No-Go decisions before production deployments.
•	Ensure testing activities are completed in accordance with project milestones and release planning.

Test Execution &amp; Automation
•	Execute functional, integration, regression and confirmation testing.
•	Validate the complete processing chain, from operational data reception through to customer delivery.
•	Execute documented automated testing procedures.
•	Develop, maintain and improve automated test scenarios using tools such as Postman.
•	Contribute to the continuous improvement of test automation and regression coverage.
•	Ensure the sustainability and maintainability of the testing assets implemented.

Defect Management &amp; Reporting
•	Record, qualify and track defects using Azure DevOps.
•	Ensure full traceability between requirements, test cases and identified defects.
•	Coordinate with development teams to monitor defect resolution.
•	Validate fixes through confirmation and regression testing.
•	Communicate testing progress, testing forecasts and overall

Technical Skills

•	Strong SQL skills for database validation and data consistency checks.
•	Experience with Azure DevOps.
•	Good understanding of integration architectures and technologies, including Enterprise Service Bus, APIs, messaging systems and EDI.
•	Knowledge of Microsoft Azure integration services, particularly Azure Service Bus, is an advantage.
•	Ability to read technical logs and troubleshoot complex processing flows.
•	Experience automating tests using Postman; knowledge of Newman or similar automation frameworks is an asset.
