• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. • Additional qualifications in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or Social Media Marketing will be an added advantage. • Minimum of 3 years' relevant marketing experience. • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, brand management, and corporate communications. • Experience coordinating events, exhibitions, and stakeholder engagement activities. • Experience within the logistics, transport, freight forwarding, shipping, supply chain, or port operations industry will be advantageous.

To support the development of mining business opportunities in Namibia by working under the guidance of the Commercial Director. The role focuses on client engagement, identification of needs, promotion of services, and contribution to commercial proposals and discussions. The position includes regular site visits to mining clients to build relationships and gather market intelligence.

Market Engagement & Client Interaction • Conduct regular visits to mining sites across Namibia to engage with clients and understand operational needs. • Build and maintain strong working relationships with client representatives on-site. • Collect and report client feedback, expectations, and upcoming requirements. Business Development & Sales • Support the identification and qualification of new business opportunities within the mining sector. • Assist in prospecting activities and contribute to expanding the company's footprint in mining logistics and services. • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and commercial discussions alongside the Commercial Director. Risk Assessment & Control Measures • Support hazard identification and risk assessments (HIRA) • Assist in reviewing and updating risk assessments • Monitor implementation and effectiveness of control measures 3. Minimum Requirements: • Minimum of 5 ‘O' Levels including English and Mathematics (‘A' Levels advantageous) • Relevant qualification in QHSE, Safety Management, or a related field • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent safety qualification (advantageous) • Working knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) • Basic knowledge of Zimbabwean occupational health and safety legislation (e.g. Factories and Works Act [Chapter 14:08]) • Emergency response training (First Aid, Fire Fighting, and Evacuation Planning) • 3–5 years' experience in a QHSE or operational environment • Experience in a logistics and supply chain environment (preferred)
