Job Purpose:

IT Infrastructure Engineer

Job Function: 

- ITIL MIS support process: Be the primary escalation point for ITSM ticketing, troubleshooting complex technical issues, logs analyze. reporting, monitoring for users in the scope of work.
- Ensure IT Hardware resources and capacity planning (see inventory and capacity planning in deliverables here after)
- Contribute to IT Infrastructure projects/major change in the state of the art: express of needs from users, planning of implementation (priorities), specifications book, tender, supplier choice, user acceptance test
- Must be the custodian of the group norms and policies respect: Use only Business applications/MIS services compliant with AGL IT catalogue 
- Apply MSC AGL security and licensing policies
- Manage IT Infrastructure related contracts and SLA: Review supplier's contracts making sure they are in accordance with AGL requirements, meeting our expectations. Apply penalties for non-compliancy.
- Maintain and update documentation of procedures and configurations
- Ensure IT Infrastructure management is compliant with ISO processes, ITIL processes and QHSE processes.

Job Purpose
To support the organisation's Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) compliance by assisting with workplace inspections, hazard identification, incident reporting, and safety monitoring. Key Responsibilities
1. Workplace Safety Monitoring
•	Conduct routine workplace inspections to identify hazards and unsafe conditions.

•	Assist in coordinating emergency procedures and evacuation drills.
•	Ensure emergency equipment is accessible and inspected.

8. SHE Administration and Record Keeping

Minimum Requirements
•	Grade 12 (Matric)
•	SHE Representative or Safety training certificate

•	Ensure accurate implementation and maintenance of the AGL Community data platform as well as Sage VIP Premier recordkeeping for all relevant entities
•	Maintain all employment contract templates and relevant take-on process documentation to ensure efficient employee take-on and engagement
•	Design and implement a well-governed Employee File process which includes an electronic filing system
•	Oversee regular file audits to ensure all documentation is relevant and up to date
•	Initiate issuing of employment contracts / transfers / promotions upon receipt of approved SESAME files

•	Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals.&lt;br /&gt;
