O Assistente de HST é responsável por apoiar na implementação, monitorização e melhoria das atividades de Saúde, Segurança, Meio Ambiente e Qualidade (HSE/QHSE), assegurando o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos, requisitos legais e exigências dos clientes. A função combina atividades administrativas e operacionais, incluindo gestão documental, elaboração de relatórios, realização de inspeções, acompanhamento de indicadores de desempenho, apoio às investigações de incidentes e promoção da cultura de segurança no local de trabalho.

•	Apoiar o Coordenador de QHSE na implementação, monitorização e melhoria das atividades relacionadas com Saúde, •	Segurança, Meio Ambiente e Qualidade (HSE/QHSE).
•	Assegurar a gestão administrativa dos processos de HSE, incluindo controlo documental, arquivo, atualização de registos e manutenção de bases de dados.
•	Preparar, consolidar e distribuir relatórios, estatísticas, indicadores e outros documentos relacionados com HSE.
• Apoiar a preparação e coordenação de reuniões, apresentações, avaliações de risco, campanhas de sensibilização e outras iniciativas de HSE.
•	Contribuir para o desenvolvimento, implementação e revisão de políticas, procedimentos e sistemas de gestão de HSE.
•	Monitorizar e orientar os Assistentes de Segurança, assegurando o cumprimento dos procedimentos, normas e requisitos aplicáveis.
•	Realizar inspeções periódicas aos locais de trabalho, identificando perigos, não conformidades e oportunidades de melhoria.
•	Propor ações corretivas e preventivas, acompanhando a sua implementação e eficácia.
•	Participar na investigação de incidentes, acidentes, quase acidentes (near misses) e reclamações relacionadas com HSE, identificando causas-raiz e recomendando medidas corretivas.
•	Acompanhar indicadores, estatísticas e relatórios de desempenho em saúde, segurança e meio ambiente, reportando-os regularmente ao Coordenador de QHSE.
•	Garantir que colaboradores, contratantes e visitantes recebam as induções e sensibilizações de HSE necessárias para o exercício seguro das suas atividades.
•	Interromper ou reportar operações que não cumpram os procedimentos de HSE, requisitos legais ou exigências do cliente.
•	Promover a cultura de segurança através da participação ativa em Toolbox Talks, formações, auditorias e campanhas de sensibilização.
•	Manter comunicação eficaz com as equipas operacionais, liderança, clientes e contratantes em todos os assuntos relacionados com HSE.

Licenciatura em Engenharias, Gestão Ambiental ou áreas equivalente. 
Diploma ou formação em HSE (Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente) será uma vantagem. 
Experiência mínima de 2 anos numa função semelhante. 
Domínio das aplicações Microsoft Office, nomeadamente Word, Excel, PowerPoint e Internet. 
Fluência em Português e Inglês, tanto na comunicação oral como escrita, é requisito essencial para esta função.

•	Prende cargas aos equipamentos de elevação para suporte ou preparação do seu movimento, utilizando ferramentas manuais e elétricas. 
•	Sinalizar ou orientar verbalmente os trabalhadores envolvidos na elevação e movimentação de cargas, garantindo a segurança de trabalhadores e materiais. 
•	Selecionar equipamentos como cabos, roldanas e guinchos, de acordo com o peso e tamanho das cargas, instalações e cronogramas de trabalho. 
•	Trabalhar na arrumação e organização dos produtos dentro o armazém
•	Assistir no carregamento e descarregamento de diversos produtos nos armazéns do cliente. 
•	Participar em reuniões de segurança e “Toolbox Talks”. 
•	Executar todas as funções e atividades conforme orientado, de acordo com os regulamentos de QHES (Qualidade, Saúde, Meio Ambiente e Segurança).

MISSIONS
JOB FUNCTION &amp; KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Based at the AGL Expertise Center, you will join the AI Factory within the Digital &amp; Innovation Department as an AI Product Owner.

Your mission will be to design and drive AI products by identifying high-value use cases, redesigning business processes with AI capabilities, and ensuring their successful delivery, adoption, and measurable impact at scale.

As part of the AI Factory, your responsibilities will include:
• Identify and qualify AI use cases with business teams, analyze processes, and translate needs into clear and actionable product requirements rooted in real operational challenges.
• Analyze and redesign business processes to identify where AI (LLMs, agents, automation) can drive tangible efficiency and transformation.
• Own and continuously prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, feasibility, data availability, and delivery constraints to maximize impact.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of AI use cases, coordinating cross-functional teams (AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Architects, MLOps) and ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, and expected outcomes. 
• Lead validation phases with business stakeholders (UAT), collect feedback, challenge solutions, and ensure delivered products effectively solve real business problems. 
• Prepare and coordinate releases, contribute to rollout strategies, and support adoption through communication, training, and interaction with end users.
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions, balancing key AI trade-offs such as quality, performance, cost, and reliability.
• Ensure alignment with AI Factory governance, lifecycle, and standards, while acting as the voice of the business throughout the product lifecycle.

EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Data, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product ownership, project management, business analysis, or digital transformation, with a track record of delivering end-to-end initiatives. 
• Proven experience working at the interface between business stakeholders and technical teams, with the ability to translate operational needs into structured requirements and delivered solutions. 
• Experience identifying improvement opportunities in operational processes and driving automation or digitalization initiatives is strongly valued. 
• Exposure to AI, data, or analytics products is a strong advantage, with an understanding of how AI can be applied to real business use cases. 
• Experience in managing complex or cross-functional projects in a multi-site or international environment is highly desirable. 
• Strong ability to engage with senior stakeholders and operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing strategic thinking and delivery execution&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
PROFILE
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
• Good understanding of AI and Generative AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, agents, automation), with the ability to identify relevant use cases and challenge technical solutions from a product perspective. 
• Familiarity with AI platforms and ecosystems (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry) and their application to enterprise use cases is a strong advantage.
• Strong proficiency in product management and agile practices, including backlog management, user story writing, acceptance criteria definition, and participation in agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban or hybrid approaches). 
• Ability to translate business needs into structured functional and product requirements, and to interact effectively with technical teams (AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Architects) on solution design and delivery. 
• Proficiency with product and collaboration tools and ability to manage backlog, documentation, and delivery tracking. 
• Ability to define and monitor product performance through KPIs and dashboards (e.g., adoption, efficiency, ROI), ideally using reporting tools such as Power BI or equivalent. 
• Familiarity with enterprise digital tools and environments (Microsoft 365 ecosystem, SharePoint, workflows, etc.) and understanding of how AI integrates within business applications. 
• Understanding of automation and digital transformation tools (e.g., workflow automation, low-code platforms) and their role in enhancing operational efficiency.

Perfil &amp; Requisitos

Put into production in March 2025, Connect Logistics is an orchestrator bus that collects, cleans, and consolidates data from our operational systems (TMS), before delivering it on a web portal dedicated to our clients.
In a transformation context, the project enters a new phase:
•	Expand its scope functionally,
•	Become a central component of the Transit &amp; ecosystem Freight Forwarding, orchestrating data exchanges between logistics applications and ensuring the reliability of shared information.
Under the responsibility of the Connect Logistics Solution Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of new integrations and strategic product enhancements for the Azure Integration Platform. You will oversee the full lifecycle of product evolutions, from business requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing and deployment, ensuring successful transition to the RUN organization. Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and operational support, you will ensure that new capabilities are delivered on time, aligned with business priorities and fully integrated into the product roadmap.

Roadmap Management
•	Gather, analyze and challenge new strategic business requirements and integration initiatives.

Development Management
•	Build, maintain and prioritize the product backlog (Azure DevOps).

Enhancement Delivery Management

Qualifications &amp; Experience
•	Master's degree (Engineering School, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent).

MAIN MISSIONS
Tests Management

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities
The Reporting Assistant within the Shared Service Center is responsible for supporting the Compliance Department, and more specifically the Deputy Head of Compliance, in carrying out a wide range of responsibilities related to monitoring and supporting the team of Compliance Officers, as well as overseeing ongoing projects and preparing reports for the Group Head of Compliance and various committees.
The purpose of this position is to assist the Deputy Head of Compliance in managing a department that oversees a broad range of strategic and engaging initiatives, including the review and enhancement of tools, process digitalization, procedure updates, and other compliance-related projects. The role also ensures that the department's activities are properly documented, tracked, and archived to support audit requirements.
More specifically, the position includes:
•	Monitoring the schedule for the preparation of various meetings and events. 
•	Preparing and following up on meeting minutes following internal departmental meetings, cross-functional meetings, and project-related meetings. 
•	Tracking action items agreed upon during team meetings and coordinating follow-up with other departments. 
•	Drafting responses for internal and external stakeholders. 
•	Preparing internal communications on specific compliance-related topics. 
•	Drafting memoranda, procedures, PowerPoint presentations, and other supporting documentation. 
•	Assisting the department in conducting quality reviews of program implementation, reviewing and analysing documentation, and issuing recommendations for continuous improvement. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
•	Initial professional experience of 2 to 5 years in a versatile or multidisciplinary role. 
•	Educational background in Audit, Internal Control, Compliance, or any other relevant field. 
•	Strong curiosity, analytical and synthesis skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

A.3. Promote high-quality data
Review third-party data requests to help ensure that data is reliable, complete, and ready to be used by the business. Key checks include:

Your mission will be to design, develop, and industrialize production-grade AI solutions based on LLMs and agent architectures, contributing directly to the delivery of high-value AI use cases across AGL.

As part of the AI Factory, your responsibilities will include:
• Design and build end-to-end AI applications leveraging LLMs, including the integration of Azure AI Foundry services, APIs, and enterprise systems, with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and performance in production environments.
• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including data ingestion, chunking strategies, embeddings management, and vector search

As part of the AI Factory, your responsibilities will include:

As part of our efforts to strengthen the Group's GRC RUN capabilities, the Cybersecurity team is looking to reinforce its operational capacity with two dedicated resources. The objective is to ensure robust support in GRC monitoring, compliance execution, and coordination with local information security officers.

Main Responsibilities

Operational Security Compliance Monitoring
 - Manage the Security Control Plan: follow-ups, evidence collection, tracking
 deadlines
- Monitor implementation of security policies and standards (ISO 27001, NIST…)
- Track non-conformities and action plans resulting from internal and external 
 audits - Process and monitor security exception requests
- Follow up on vendor cybersecurity assessments Support &amp; Coordination with 
 Local Security Officers
- Act as the operational liaison between the central GRC team and LISOs (Local
 Information Security Officers)
- Assist in the rollout of reporting tools, maturity assessments, and awareness
 campaigns
- Track remediation plans following penetration tests or cybersecurity alerts

Required Profile

- Master's degree or equivalent in cybersecurity, IT, auditing, risk management, or
related field
- 2–5 years of experience in cybersecurity GRC or audit/compliance roles (preferably
in RUN/ops)
- Solid understanding of ISO 27001, ISO 27005, and EBIOS RM frameworks
- Proficient in tracking action plans, coordinating stakeholders, and managing
compliance data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in
multicultural environments
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, autonomous and proactive
- Fluent in French (mandatory) and professional English required

MISSIONS

The Finance Department of AFRICA GLOBAL LOGISTICS, a sub-group of the MSC Group with a strong presence on the African continent, has launched a project to deploy the SAP S4/HANA ERP to replace its legacy accounting and financial tools. This large-scale program aims to define a core finance model that meets the needs of the various businesses (Port, Shipping, Logistics, Rail), and then to deploy it in the 50 countries of the Africa Global Logistics Group. To support the roll-out and build strong assistance, the finance department wishes to start building an internal team by recruiting a SAP S4/HANA FI/CO support and deployment manager in the local service center based in Kigali, Rwanda. 
The manager is the head of the local support/deployment team and reports to the program director based at the group headquarters in France. He is in charge of managing the SAP-ESKER solutions deployment projects as well as ensuring efficient and sustainable support for systems in production. It guarantees quality of service, operational performance and alignment with business needs.

Main Missions: 
Steering deployments 
• Lead the program deployment strategy (SAP – ESKER – NEOFI) defined by the program 
management 
• Coordinate, in collaboration with the central team, the roll-out projects by clusters 
(multi-country / multi-entity) 
• Supervise and staff the project phases: framing, fit-gap analysis, parameterization, 
tests, go-live production, hypercare 
• Manage project dependencies and monitor risks 
• Ensure compliance with costs, deadlines and quality 
Support Management (AMS)
