The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing warehousing operations, primary and secondary transportation, operational excellence, customs compliance, WMS /TMS systems, security and cleaning contractor management, site maintenance, project execution, and customer service excellence. The role ensures that all logistics operations meet regulatory, safety, and quality standards while delivering high performance and continuous improvement across the supply chain. 

DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES
Warehousing &amp; Inventory Operations
•	Manage, organize, and encourage teamwork to build a high performance culture and ensure exceptional customer service.
•	Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution of products in line with strict client deadlines.
•	Take full responsibility for all warehousing accounts and coordinate periodical audits.
•	Ensure stock is accurately updated and reconciled with the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
•	Oversee monthly stock counts and ensure reconciliation with WMS.
•	Set up and maintain efficient warehouse layout and space utilization.
•	Direct stock movement, manage inventory, and ensure all discrepancies are fully investigated and resolved.
•	Ensure warehouse KPIs are met and take corrective action when deviations occur.
•	Manage Warehouse operations—including loading/offloading and proper storage by client.
•	Coordinate daily activities in Free Warehouse to ensure timely receiving and dispatch.
•	Manage and control lifting equipment and operators to ensure operational readiness at all times.
•	Maintain standards of health, safety, security, and cleanliness across all warehouses.
•	Ensure staff requirements in line with operation requirements 
•	Management of all warehouse related activities. 
Transportation Management
•	Plan delivery schedules and loading timetables for contractors according to client requirements.
•	Oversee primary and secondary transportation to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
•	Manage TMS Systems, ensuring ongoing master data updates, client onboarding and ensuring optimised route planning
•	Ensure fleet maintenance schedules put in place and cost measured 
•	Manager supplier onboarding and compliance with AGL policies and procedures 
•	Validate and approve supplier invoices
•	Validate and approve all fuel increase and decrease costing 
•	Manage AGL Vehicle fleet, labour and all relevant daily weekly and monthly reporting 
•	Implementation and management of all transport KPIS 
•	Ensure implementation of transportation best practices, tracking, temperature control and consumption management 
•	Ensure management of labour overtime and allowances 
•	Management of all transport related activities.

Customs &amp; Regulatory Compliance
•	Manage all customs exceptions, investigations, escalations, and resolution of queries.
•	Oversee Customs Exception QC Listings and provide regular updates on resolution status.
•	Ensure compliance with all sites specific customs inspections.
•	Align customs systems with WMS weekly at customer and item levels.
•	Ensure full compliance to all Heath and Safety requirements 
•	Ensure full compliance to all Legislative requirements
Inventory Audit &amp; Control
•	Conduct inventory audits including cycle counts, customer-specific counts, and wall to wall counts.
•	Investigate inventory deviations and implement best practice solutions.
•	Audit all SOPS and ensure ongoing updating based on operational requirements.
•	Ensure compliance with all legislative and customer requiems.

Claims, Risk &amp; Process Improvement
•	Manage claims investigations, escalations, and root cause analysis; update processes to prevent recurrence.
•	Lead continuous improvement initiatives and standardization of warehouse processes.
•	Conduct staff training, performance assessments, and research industry best practices for implementation

Systems Management (WMS /TMS Super User)
•	Serve as WMS /TMS Super User—ensure system compliance, staff training, query resolution, equipment management, and continuous improvement.
•	Manage WMS /TMS master data, reports, KPIs, and customer-specific SOP development.
•	Implementation of best practices and introduction of new technology 
Leadership &amp; Budget Management
•	Provide strong leadership to warehouse staff to ensure productivity, discipline, and a positive working environment.
•	Ensure up to date job descriptions and organograms al all times.
•	Ensue cross functional training for all departments. 
•	Ensue upskilling of teams with internal and external training.
•	Ensure compliance to HR policies and procedures. 
•	Prepare and monitor the annual departmental budget with the Branch Manager and Finance.
•	Ensure on time and aureate weekly forecast submissions
•	Analyse Monthly P&amp;L, reviewing all cost and implantation of cost saving programs 
•	Ensure Capex review and submission of relevant costing and proposals 
QUALIFICATIONS
•	Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business,
•	Diploma in Project Management (advantageous).
•	Freight Forwarding or related qualification (added advantage).
•	Minimum 10 years' experience in logistics environment.
•	Minimum 3 years' experience in customs processes.
•	Minimum 3 years' experience working on WMS systems.
•	Minimum 3 years' experience working on TMS systems
•	Minimum 5 years' managerial experience
•	Minimum 3 years' experience in QHSE

Rattaché(e) à la Direction des Projets au sein d'AGL Industrial Projects &amp; Solutions, le/la Responsable Administratif et Opérationnel Transport et Manutention de Colis Exceptionnels assure le pilotage transversal de la performance des entités colis lourds des filiales en Afrique. 

Il/elle garantit l'harmonisation des pratiques, la disponibilité et l'optimisation des moyens humains et matériels, la planification coordonnée des opérations ainsi que le contrôle financier, dans le respect des contraintes réglementaires locales et des standards Groupe. 

Placé(e) sous la supervision du Directeur Projets Groupe, il/elle collabore étroitement avec l'ensemble des responsables de filiales et des départements colis exceptionnels afin d'assurer un suivi rigoureux de l'activité, la maîtrise des risques et la réussite des opérations.

Principales responsabilités

1. Pilotage de la performance

Déployer et suivre les KPI (opérationnels, financiers, administratifs, HSE)
Structurer des tableaux de bord multi-pays consolidés
Analyser les écarts et piloter les plans d'actions
Animer les revues de performance avec les filiales

2. Organisation des ressources

Optimiser les moyens humains (compétences, formations, certifications)
Assurer la conformité HSE et réglementaire des équipes
Piloter la disponibilité et la maintenance des équipements
Identifier des leviers de mutualisation des ressources

3. Planification &amp; coordination des opérations

Contribuer à la planification des opérations multi-pays
Garantir la disponibilité des ressources
Anticiper les contraintes réglementaires et opérationnelles
Coordonner filiales, partenaires et autorités
Gérer les risques opérationnels

4. Pilotage financier

Suivre la performance économique (CA, marges, coûts)
Animer les revues financières mensuelles
Identifier les écarts et proposer des optimisations
Contribuer aux budgets et à l'harmonisation des pratiques&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Formation : Bac+3 à Bac+5 en logistique, transport ou domaine similaire. 

Expérience : Expérience de 2 ans souhaitée dans le domaine du transport et/ou en tant que responsable projet ou poste similaire. 

Compétences : 

Solide connaissance de la logistique, du transport terrestre et portuaire, et des infrastructures associées. 

Maîtrise de la planification, de l'optimisation des flux et des outils de gestion de projet (ERP, WMS/TMS, MS Project). 

Bonne connaissance technique des matériels de transport (camions, remorques, engins de manutention). 

Capacité à piloter des activités transverses et multi-culturelles. 

Compétences en management d'équipe et coordination de partenaires externes. 

Excellentes aptitudes en communication et négociation. 

Qualités personnelles : Esprit analytique, rigueur et sens de la prise de décision. 

Conditions : 

Déplacements fréquents en filiale hors Maroc. 

Poste basé au siège d'AGL Industrial Projects &amp; Solutions avec interventions terrain régulières. 

Vous avez un excellent niveau d'anglais. Une appétence pour l'Afrique est requise ! &lt;br /&gt;

Job Purpose:
HR Manager to oversee and manage human resources functions across our operations in Malawi. The HR Manager will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment, training, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labour laws within the country. 



Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
•	Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus).
•	Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR management experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
•	Strong experience in HR across both Malawi and Zimbabwe (or similar regional experience) is preferred.
•	Previous experience working in multinational or cross-cultural environments. 
•	Experience with labor law compliance, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
•	Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills. 
•	Proven ability to implement and manage HR processes and systems effectively. 
•	Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
HR Strategy &amp; Leadership
Lead the design and execution of HR strategies aligned with Malawi business objectives, acting as a strategic partner and advisor to senior leadership. Drive organizational development and change management to support transformation initiatives. Maintain and update the organisational structure to reflect staffing changes.

Talent Acquisition &amp; Workforce Planning
Oversee full-cycle recruitment for all levels, ensuring timely and effective processes in partnership with hiring managers. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future workforce needs. Manage internal SESAME applications for recruitment and staff movements in line with procedures. Coordinate onboarding with internal departments (IT, Security, QHSE) to ensure smooth integration.

Embed company values into Malawi operations, fostering a positive, inclusive work environment that supports satisfaction and well-being. Conduct engagement surveys, analyse results, and implement improvement plans to enhance retention.

Administer the performance management cycle, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback. Provide coaching to managers, support improvement plans, and promote a high-performance culture by aligning objectives with business goals.

Compensation &amp; Benefits
Manage competitive and equitable pay and benefits programs, conducting benchmarking and market analyses. Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards. Support the creation of the Annual HR Budget in alignment with business priorities.

Compliance &amp; Risk Management
Ensure full compliance with Malawi labour laws and company policies. Monitor legal changes, update HR practices, and maintain accurate HR records. Support audits and ensure proper documentation.

Minimum Requirements
