MISSION: 

Define national sales priorities in line with the regional strategy. Lead and develop a team of Sales Experts to expand the market presence, strengthen brand recognition, and achieve Gross Margin targets.

Strategy &amp; Planning: Define the country's commercial budget and sales &amp; marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with regional objectives and local leadership. Drive brand visibility through targeted communication actions. Knowledge of the multimodal logistics sector

Sales Team Leadership:
- Organize the sales force using CRM tools
- Set, monitor, and adjust individual and team sales objectives
- Recruit and onboard sales talents

Client Relations &amp; Support:
- Structure the customer support team
- Evaluate customer satisfaction (surveys, complaints)
- Strengthen relationships with key clients

Performance &amp; Team Management:
- Implement performance-based incentive schemes
- Conduct regular assessments and team-building initiatives
- Foster efficient internal communication

Compliance &amp; Reporting:
- Ensure CRM best practices and ISO compliance
- Contribute to monthly business reports and budget reviews
- Participate in management meetings&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
PROFILE: 

- Matric (tertiary qualification preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- At least 5 years in the clearing and forwarding industry, 2 of which are at management level
- Sales experience (Proven industry related sales track record)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Education level : &lt;/b&gt;Short cycle tertiary&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Language / Level : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
ENGLISH : Bilingual&lt;br /&gt;
